Shout out to Quanysha, Jasmine, Candy, and Andrea for delivering phenomenal service efficiently and with a great attitude. The energy was bright and the sandwich was phenomenal! “Menu has a broad selection with 3 different sizes available to suit customers. Veggie selection might not be to everyone's taste, but not a problem for us. Everything is made fresh. Meats are sliced right in front. Breads are sub roll type, always fresh.“

“I live on the complete other side of town (downtown San Antonio) , was able to stop in grab two subs a#13 and a #7 ,Mike’s way juice on the side . 26 min car ride home subs were still nice and flavor full . My girlfriend was super stoked . We both destroyed our sandwiches before we could start are show . The General manager (Maureen) and her team were very welcoming and efficient on getting my food out in a orderly fashion.“

“A gluten-free go-to!! This Jersey Mike's sports a great counter team - Emelia, Leslie, Giovanni , et al - who respect and take seriously their customers' tastes and food restrictions. The staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. They changed their gloves, used a clean knife, and prepared my sub separate from any bread. My gluten-free sub was delicious. “So I've been going to Jersey Mike's for a while now, loyalty points galore but let me tell you. Today was the best sub I've ever had. Recently my favorite sub the portobello mushroom was removed from the list but the staff made some recommendations and got me correct. All veggies sautéed to perfection, the right amount of toppings and oil. I ate it in the office and everyone that passed by was saying how good it smelled. Also loved that the store was decorated for Halloween!“

“Came in for lunch with my daughter and we will be back! The lovely young lady who has a lip piercing was so polite. She was very attentive and gave good recommendations for sandwiches we should have. She was very patient with my daughter who was having trouble deciding what she wanted to eat. While she was making our food, we made small talk which I enjoyed. Seems like nobody wants to communicate anymore at other fast food places these days. Even while there were people ordering and waiting for what I’m assuming was website orders, they have employees wiping down tables for anyone who decides to dine in such as myself. My only complaint is that the drink area could be a little bit less sticky. To end this with a high note the employees all seem to have a tight bond with each other. Everyone laughs with each other while working but also communicate well to keep the restaurant running smoothly. I will definitely not have to think twice about coming here with the rest of my family. 👍“
