I had an excellent experience at Jersey Mike’s! The food was fresh, delicious, and made exactly the way I like it. What really stood out was the staff — they were incredibly friendly, efficient, and worked together like a well-oiled machine. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and my order was prepared quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s not often you find such great customer service paired with fantastic food, but Jersey Mike’s delivers on both. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Don’t order online, it will be wrong 80% of the time. If you order in person, make sure you watch as they make it, or it has a good chance of being made wrong. They are always nice and refund online orders that are made incorrectly, but the amount of times it happens is astonishing. Food is great when made correct. Just wish it didn’t have such a high chance at coming with a free side of frustration.

The place was pretty quiet… like, library quiet. A little music would go a long way. The vibe felt kinda gloomy, and honestly, I felt bad for the employees. Everyone looked like they needed a hug (or at least a playlist).
Good food, but the energy could use a boost.
