Lady preparing our food was not very happy. Was not friendly and this is not the first time. Food quality was poor was not able to get a refill on our drinks she disassemble the machine. We did not know they was closing at three o'clock we ordered 15 minutes till. This explains why she bagging our sandwiches for a order to go when my wife told her that we was dinning in she rolled her eyes. My wife and have coming here for past two years. Normally it was good but in last 6 weeks something changed. Previous time she told us that she was out of bread.
First off, I would come here strictly for the service. We've been talking about the lack of customer service anymore but the workers here hopefully get paid their worth because they were beyond wonderful! Then the bread was wonderful, I loved that the meat was sliced right in front of me at the perfect thickness and when I told the employee I was new, she immediately recommended hot and cold subs. We tried both her recommendations and they were the best I've had here in San Antonio. I'd give this place more stars if I could. My children (super picky eaters) even ate their salami sandwiches completely.

I asked for two sandwiches and the man (with a fro and his hair out) that made my sandwiches was extremely angry. He cut the bread and it was flying everything no lie. He cut the meat and chunks were flying. He gave me 3 handfuls of lettuce and slammed the vinegar on the sandwich. Spoke to me rude and I left. Didn't even buy the sandwiches. Never again.

My go to for sandwiches. This is the only location that has watermelon tea besides the medical center one, but the service is way better here. They do my sandwich just like I like, and everything is fresh and delicious.

Not a fan, first time here and a little disappointed. Employee suggested Club Supreme for $9.95 but I told her I didn't want the roast beef. So I got charged $8.95 plus $1.75 for bacon. Told the other employee, she suggested the club Supreme. I could of saved .75 cents and got roast beef for my dog. So, I was about to leave and realized I didn't get any bacon at all. Very disappointed

I love Jersey Mike's and this location never misses! They make my sandwiches perfect and everyone is patient and very nice. There is always tables available if we eat there but most of the time we take it to go. It has always been clean and they always have their tea filled. Their watermelon sweet tea is bomb by the way. Their brownies are the best. Great location!

I went to Jersey Mike's because there was a buy onet get one coupon on FB. I thought it would be worth a try. I don't know that I can say I was disappointed, but it was nothing special. The bread was just plain. No flavor to the meat or cheese. There was a grill so I expected the meat was maybe grilled, nope. Three handfuls of lettuce everyone said stop on the lettuce cause it was too much. The competitors are way better. There was nothing to be impressed about. It was just nothing. No reason to return. The kids were friendly.

The sandwiches are not as meaty as they used to be. The bread was great and the place was clean. Service was prompt. Convenient when we need a quick pick up. The largest size is more than big enough for sharing.
