This review is solely based on how rude these guys were that worked here. They looked pissed off to make a sandwich and like I was bothering them as soon as I walked in. You all do know you're at work, right? I ordered the most basic thing on their menu too (the Italian sandwich) that takes less than 5 mins of their time. Also, my sandwich was to go. Won't be returning to this location at De Zavala. I always go to the Dominion location and they are SO incredibly nice.

Edit...went back and got the same thing....OMG what has this place gone to, I literally watched her put three slices of onion on my sandwich. If you've eaten here you know they're razor thin slices you can see through. She literally handpicked and separated them. Original review -- This is a review for corporate and the private equity firm that bought jersey mikes BLACKSTONE ...thanks for ruining a once great company. The portion size argument is not in your favor. Not only did they reduce the portion for extra bacon to one slice FOR $1.50...one slice!!!... but even the pepper smear was spread with a very light hand. So the club supreme with extra bacon is 2 slices. RIDICULOUS!!!

Don't go to this Jersey Mike's unless you want to be ignored. I waited 10 minutes, then I spoke up. The guy says I am working on other orders. Seriously, you can't take 1 minute to take an order? There were 2 other workers that ignored me.

Placed an online order that included chips. When I went to pick up my order, I peeked into the bag (which was taped shut) and didn’t see any chips, so I grabbed a bag myself. As I was walking out, an employee said, “The chips are in the bag.” I said, “Oh, okay, I didn’t see them,” and handed the chips back. Then he said, “No stealing.”
When I got back to work and opened the bag—there were no chips.
Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to accuse a paying customer of stealing a $2 bag of chips. It was embarrassing and upsetting, especially since I had paid for them. Very disappointing experience.

Jersey Mike’s off De Zavala Road (78249) is always a hit! My personal favorite is their Club Sub — the provolone and smoked bacon give it that extra kick and flavor that many other sandwiches just don’t have. It’s hearty, fresh, and consistently delicious.
Our company frequently uses this location for catering and business lunches, and it never disappoints. The food is always well-prepared, delivered fresh, and it fills both the bellies and the taste buds of our entire team. Everyone leaves satisfied, and it’s become one of our go-to spots for meetings and team lunches.

Very disappointed with the amount of chicken in my sandwich. There was more lettuce in there than anything else, and that’s saying something because I love lettuce. If I wanted a salad I would have gotten a salad. Very dry sandwich they were very stingy with the dressing there was barely any in there. The bacon tasted old and cold and there were some super hard pieces that made it inedible, I just had to take out completely. Very sad and sorry lunch. It was also supposed to be a hot sandwich but it was just cold and I grabbed it as soon as it was ready. Guess the joke was on me.
