I have enjoyed Jersey Mike for years. However, recently I have noticed a sloppy habit of scraping the ingredients that fall off the sandwiches into the lettuce container. Sorry but I find this gross and lazy. Seems like a better policy would be to discard any ingredients that fall off a sandwich during prep. Tonight I went in to get a sandwich and noticed the prep counter was not scrapped off before making my sandwich (there was like 4+ employees and I was the only customer at the counter). After my sandwich the guy started throwing lettuce that fell off my sandwich back into the lettuce container. I informed him that was gross and shouldn’t be acceptable then the guy at the register decided to take up for his coworker wanting to know what is wrong with that. After you pull ingredients out of the container they should no longer be recycled for another customer. I have never witnessed this practice at any other sandwich chains (PotBelly or Subway). Are they really saving that much money on lettuce. I don’t want other stuff on my sandwich because you are cleaning the prep counter by scraping excess ingredients that I may not want on my sandwich into the lettuce container. Please find a way to do better.

It's nice and quiet. They desperately need to clean the grill though. Or maybe prepare the order on a different side? IDK but a chicken sandwich shouldn't be brown. I expected more because they are not cheap. I didn't care for it at all. I prefer Firehouse. The only reason I stayed is because it was clean inside. My son enjoyed his sandwich, so that was a plus. I wouldn't order anything again. Two stars because my son enjoyed his sandwich. Mine was grilled, if I had just ordered for myself I wouldn't have given the extra star.
We did get the cookies and they are DELICIOUS!

Menu has a broad selection with 3 different sizes available to suit customers. Veggie selection might not be to everyone's taste, but not a problem for us. Everything is made fresh. Meats are sliced right in front. Breads are sub roll type, always fresh.

The food is delicious. You walk in and it smells like fresh baked bread heaven. But this review is about the staff and their exemplary customer service. As a parent of a local high school student and someone who has had go approach local businesses about supporting the nearby student activities, I've had the pleasure of working with multiple front line workers and management staff and they have always been so kind. From offering donations for student activities to helping create large orders for events (seamlessly and flawlessly, I must add), the employees of this Jersey Mike's never cease to amaze me at their compassion and willingness to go above and beyond for our youth. I'm so appreciative and look forward to continuing to work with yall in the future! Thanks again.

They have some of the best subs of any "fast food" place. Their hot subs are actually made fresh and are actually hot and delicious. All of their other subs are fresh and use great ingredients. And if you Iike bacon, add it to a sub. They use actual bacon they have cooked fresh and not some microwave bacon or something.

One of my favorites places to eat. Well yesterday I ordered a large sub extra meat and bit into something very hard, I spit it out and it was a large steel bolt cap. I was in pain all afternoon and night. Hopefully my teeth don't fall out. I called the mgr and was offered a free sandwich.

i'm writing this review to let yall know that this was the best sandwich i've ever had. i would take a picture of it but i already ate it. lol. they all greeted me as soon as i walked in and were inviting. worth your money

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by employees and the sweet, sweet smell of fresh bread. Upon walking to the line Hudson took the time to talk to us asking how we were doing and how our day was. It was very nice he had an amazing attitude and really seemed to care. If only all the places I went to treated their customers like this. Thanks Hudson!!!
