Jersey Mike's Subs

I like to start by saying to all...thank you...I was at jersey Mike's.. on Friday to get a large sub..to take with me for lunch on Saturday to work ...not knowing 3 of my coworkers didn't bring nothing for lunch... I was very happy.. the sub was big enough to feed all 4 of us... a big sub can feed 4 people... the staff was very friendly.. employees of san antonio solid waste...

Very upset that I had to change my daughter on the floor of the restroom. There was no changing table in either restroom. Please add one for all mom’s coming through those doors.

They charge a preposterous amount of money for simply asking to have the veggies on the side. Management is cooked AF for charging 8 bucks for 2 little containers to have lettuce and tomato on the side.

Also, they left out the freaking bacon in my CLUB SUB.

Usually have good sandwiches, however ordered 2 online with 1 specific item without peppers as I am allergic. 25.00 later, 3 bites in my sandwich, spent 45 minutes in bathroom. I called store, got hung up on so contacted Corp office, was told owner would call to remedy, he did...arguing with THE CUSTOMER, me then ALSO HUNG UP ON ME!! Never again! Firehouse Subs gets our business.

Me and my family usually frequent Jersey Mike's as one of the sub shops in San Antonio, however the past couple times we have ordered carry out I have ordered the Mike's Famous Philly, specifically without peppers as that makes my mother horrendously sick. I had confirmed that through the online portal as I ordered as a guest without an account as I forgot my password and didn't want to waste time with recovering or resetting passwords. I picked it up and went home without, and halfway through my mom eating her sandwich she was getting horrendously sick again. We attempted to call this location around 8:50 PM after my mother was feeling better, but the phone kept ringing without being answered as it shown that the store was open until 9:00. A woman eventually picked up and told us that they do not accept calls after 8pm and hung up. We attempted to call again and got the same woman and tried to at least have her listen to us, and for a moment she did. We then tried to explain our situation, but soon found that there was no one on the other end listening to us as we realized the store employee either hung up on us or left the phone mid conversation. We usually like Jersey Mike's because of their business practices and pretty good sandwiches, but after ignoring the special requests and an honestly abysmal customer service, as I doubt that all calls are ignored a full hour before the location closes, but this location definitely besmirches the good reputation of Jersey Mikes.

Subway sucks

The food is always great and this location has stellar customer service. The employees go above and beyond at this location on top of being super friendly.

Amazing food, amazing energy.The place is very clean. The nice gentleman with the pony tail ( I don't know his name:( He always takes good care of me and my brothers when we come (which is quite often). We always order the same thing. He knows our order and always gets it right, and he also always makes sure the slicer is extra clean, which we really appreciate! He is overall professional but very polite! Just wanna give him a very special shout-out and say the business is lucky to have him.
