I have come here a few times, place is always spot on. Great attitudes and customer service. Tonight was no exception, thanks for being awesome! Ignore all the other negative reviews, staff was probably matching the the customers energy.

Keith, the service at Jersey Mike’s was horrible. As the manager, you handled the situation very poorly. My order was messed up, and instead of helping, you and your team refused to make it right. On top of that, employees were standing around talking about how “old management was bad” and using that as an excuse — saying “this is what it is.” That’s not professional, and it’s not how you take care of customers. No wonder the ratings are so low.

Always a friendly & clean environment. Staff is great and professional. I teach down the street and have only a 30 min lunch break, and I've never had to wait too long for my order. Thanks for making each visit/lunch break a pleasant one. Kudos for great service.

I recently moved to the area and have loved stopping by this Jersey Mike’s the food is always fresh, and most of the staff has been welcoming. Unfortunately, when I visited on Thursday, my experience was disappointing and honestly upsetting.There was an older woman named Star, it was my first time seeing her there I could only assume she was a manager or supervisor (hoping not the owner) loudly yelling at employees in front of everyone and even being rude to customers. The entire atmosphere felt hostile, and you could see how uncomfortable the staff was trying to work with a smile under that kind of pressure.It’s frustrating because good teams thrive under good leadership, and whoever she is should not be in a management role if that’s how she treats people. Owners really need to do better when selecting their leadership a strong team deserves a respectful manager, not someone creating such a negative environment.
I truly enjoy Jersey Mike’s, but this experience made me question if I want to keep coming back to this location. Do better Jersey Mikes.

I visited Jersey Mike’s this afternoon. I was disappointed as I witnessed the manager Caleb on duty being rude to a customer; his tone was dismissive and unprofessional. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the restaurant as a whole.
I would strongly recommend this manager get additional training in customer service/ and professionalism.

The subs we got were horrible. Not a fan of whatever liquid tbeydpray all over it. Two that made our sandwiches were so slow. Won't be going there again.

Love me some Jersey Mikes, went yesterday at around 8:30-8:40pm (20-30 mins before close) to grab a sub and the door was locked, open sign turned off and the workers were cleaning the store, putting the food away. Was really looking forward to getting my dinner here, unfortunately the store was closed earlier than advertised.

I walked into this location, and an older white female employee rudely confronted me as I went to get a refill for my cup. She demanded to know what I was doing, and when I explained I was just refilling my drink, she aggressively told me that I had to buy something or only get water—and then said I couldn’t do that either. Her tone was disrespectful and felt targeted, as I am Mexican. To make matters worse, she started cursing at me, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This kind of discriminatory behavior has no place in a workplace. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

I never leave any reviews on place but this had to be addressed.

Today I was on lunch break from Harlan high school it was really packed because of lunch hour. I was waiting to place my order in and all I hear is screaming and cussing from and older man directing it towards a young girl slicing telling her to leave and using a lot of profanity words and there was plenty of young children around this is not fair to the young girl or the paying customers it was very unprofessional.
love the food but the customer service needs to change and i am pretty sure that the man screaming was a manager because he had a different colored cap in beige.Im glad someone else wrote a review about that horrible situation.
