Jersey Mike's Subs

It's overpriced. Don't get me wrong, the food tastes amazing, but it really isn't worth the price hike. 10 for a footlong at subway and 12 for 6 inches at this place. The people who served me were nice though.

I’ve gone there maybe 10 times and each time there’s always some issue. Sloppy made sandwiches. Sopping wet bread; and another time I found contamination in my food. When I alerted the manager of the problems, I’ve had she quickly denied my experiences rather than acknowledge them. I would never ever ever recommend this jersey Mike’s because of the managers attitude and the poor experiences that I have experienced. There are several other jersey Mike’s in the area that I would highly suggest going to and never patronizing this jersey Mike’s.

First time came in to this jersey mikes and glad I did . the 2 manager ladies were attentive with me even being busy, they know there customer service here.! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First visit ever to any Jersey Mike's. This location was incredibly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly. The food was super fresh. I got the club Mike's Way and let me tell you....crisp bacon blended with all the other flavors of the sandwich was ridiculous. I will be back for sure!

Walked in 30 mins before closing and was told they could not make a hot sandwich because they already cleaned the grill.

This was half hour till closing, not 5 mins.
IF I return to a Jersey Mike's it won't be this location.

The princess of jersey mikes Belle 💗. So sweet I hadn’t gotten this good of a service in a while. I believe she was just clocking in from lunch or something but immediately stepped in to help me ? Not only did she make my meal but she helped me pick. This location did a good job training her. She needs a raise !!!!

The dining area was clean, and I was given my order promptly. You have your choice of drinks. Sandwich was really good. My favorite chips you need to try if you like hot(jalapeño) are Miss Vickie's jalapeño potatoe chips.

This restaurant is FILTHY!! From the napkin holders on the table, to the self-serve station, to the floors, walls, and tiling in front of the cash register area. There was an employee that put their hat on the back counter after coming from break, another that answered the phone and touched the register with gloves. I did not see any health department or exposure score hung within view, which makes me wonder what the score is based on how dirty this restaurant was. My total was almost $25 and that is too much for how dirty this place was. I wanted to leave, but my order was being made already when I noticed how dirty it was. I also didn't get as much interaction as other customers that came in after. Overall, I would not eat here again until major cleaning and proper food safety training got done. Looks like a newer restaurant, so it should not be as dirty as it is. I work in food as well, and I completely understand how the business works, but this is unacceptable.

Love the food, but quality control on pick up orders is beyond terrible. Check your pick up orders carefully, I’ve had many issues with mine going back a few months (missing items, mislabeled sandwiches). Order in store if you can.
