This restaurant is FILTHY!! From the napkin holders on the table, to the self-serve station, to the floors, walls, and tiling in front of the cash register area. There was an employee that put their hat on the back counter after coming from break, another that answered the phone and touched the register with gloves. I did not see any health department or exposure score hung within view, which makes me wonder what the score is based on how dirty this restaurant was. My total was almost $25 and that is too much for how dirty this place was. I wanted to leave, but my order was being made already when I noticed how dirty it was. I also didn't get as much interaction as other customers that came in after. Overall, I would not eat here again until major cleaning and proper food safety training got done. Looks like a newer restaurant, so it should not be as dirty as it is. I work in food as well, and I completely understand how the business works, but this is unacceptable.

Love the food, but quality control on pick up orders is beyond terrible. Check your pick up orders carefully, I’ve had many issues with mine going back a few months (missing items, mislabeled sandwiches). Order in store if you can.

Waited 30 minutes for my food, and it wasn’t worth it. The sandwich was poorly made and lacked freshness. Extremely disappointing experience—won’t be coming back.

I recently experienced a frustrating situation as an Uber Eats driver. I arrived at the restaurant to pick up a pre-ordered delivery, but instead of prioritizing my order, the staff chose to prepare the orders of customers who arrived after me. Around 5-6 people came in after me, and their orders were prioritized over mine.

This feels like discrimination. Why should their time be considered more valuable than mine? I get paid per order through Uber Eats, and I’m not working on an hourly basis. I waited about 45-50 minutes for my order to be prepared, then spent around 25 minutes driving to deliver it, plus another 10 minutes to reach the restaurant. In total, I wasted about 1 hour and 20 minutes, and at the end of it, I earned only $8.

It's unfair both to me and to the customers who placed online orders. This situation highlights a clear inequity in how the restaurant treats delivery drivers compared to walk-in customers

Don’t get here 30 minutes before closing because they have put everything up and give you a look when you walk in and they still 30 minutes to close.. And they even turn the lights off on their side and still has 10 til close terrible.. And when walking out none of them said good by all 4 to busy putting up…

I placed an online catering order & an additional sandwich for myself & I don’t know who made my sandwich but they GOT IT RIGHT!! It was perfect!!! I ask for mayo on both breads & got mayo on both breads. I asked for heavy on the Mike’s way & I got heavy on the Mike’s way!!! It was delicious!!! Thanks guys

We walked in and they weren't even closed yet with the Open sign on. I ask if they can take our orders and all 4 employees looked at me and said nothing. Very rude and unprofessional and I walked out.

I love these guys' sandwiches. The atmosphere could use some help. Feel like a cafeteria. The service makes it worth dealing with. Usually very pleasant.

There are some strange people that work here at this location. Made me feel very uncomfortable and lacked knowledge of ingredients. Great food but order online instead.

Love my Jersey Mike sandwich. That being said…1 giant veggie and 1 mini tuna and 2 chips cost me $28. Too much…will not eat these as much anymore.
