These guys are great. Service was fantastic. Speed was awesome. Less than 5 minutes waiting. Food was delicious and team members were happy. The product look fresh and the sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it!! This is the place to stop by if you want a good sandwich.

Tried Jersey Mike's for the first time recently and unfortunately my wife and I are addicted to them now! The worse thing is that they are located on my way home from work, which means I stop by very often. The seasonings and flavors are so unique, we can't get food like this at any other sub restaurant.
This location is always very clean and the staff is always kind and willing to help.

Situated in a strip mall with ample new parking, this sandwich shop enjoys a prime location. For years, it was a reliable stop for a monthly Philly cheese steak, offering consistent if unremarkable fare.
In recent visits, however, the experience has declined. While the food itself remains largely unchanged, portion sizes have diminished and service has faltered. During a Sunday lunch on September 21, 2025, seven employees were on duty, yet tables were left unclean. When the issue was raised, staff handed customers wipes rather than tending to the problem themselves.
Requests for a slightly crisper, crunchier preparation of the signature sandwich were ignored, with little evidence of effort from the kitchen. The result was an experience that felt indifferent at best.
It is an unfortunate turn for a shop located only a few hundred yards from home. Once a convenient neighborhood option, it now leaves diners weighing whether to drive farther for better service—or seek out a different type of meal altogether.

Really disorganized … placed an online order 1.5 hours ahead of time. Arrived, they said they were behind … then said someone maybe took the order (had I not asked I would not have known). They apologized and the food was good otherwise.

It used to be a great crew on employees at this location. It was all new faces when I got food here today, and it was the worst experience ive ever had at a jersey mikes. wont go back. One young male employee had attitude because he had to fix my sandwich that was not prepared properly, infact they never even asked me what i wanted on the sandwich, they just shoved it in a bag without asking. that is not the mikes way! just terrible.
