Multiple times we have called in our order 15-20 minutes before arrival. Only to watch everyone in line get served before they even start our order! It would be quicker if we didn’t waste our time on the app. Very disappointing- and it has happened so many times that it deserved a poor review.

Horrible. I’m doing a food delivery even though they just closed I see the order ready on the counter. They refused to open the door or even speak to me. Looking dead at me didn’t even ask what I needed. What a waste of food. Would never order from them

Good subs, Bread was soft and moist, their sauce is a signature that I would recommend for everyone. Meat and cheese were fresh, and overall the sub was very tasty! The restaurant itself, has very little seating, if you’re getting to go, it’s a great experience. If you’re looking to dine in, it can be challenging if they’re busy.

Got a hot sammich recently. I had steak, bell peppers, onions and portabello mushrooms on it. There was also a ton of melted cheese. It was tasty and a real gut bomb that filled me up. Ordered online and the sandwich was bagged up and waiting for me when I arrived.

First time getting jersey mikes, honestly I was kinda disappointed in the experience. I placed an online order for pickup, once I got there I had informed the employee working that I did not see my order. He then said to me someone probably took my order or they havnt received it. I showed him my order multiple times until they decided to just remake my sandwich. I didnt have any issues until they started making my sandwich and continued to get the order wrong 2 times. They put it without sauce one time, the next time they forgot my bacon and finally the third time they got it right. I cant say the sandwich itself was terrible it was actually good for it being my first time. But overall the service was ridiculous and took much time making me almost late work since I work overnight.
