The worst and Most expensuve restaurant. Tasteless and no customer service. They were very rude when asked for extra sauce and gave very little comparing to 52 dollars for 2 people. They are a scam!!!

Truly I give this place 0 stars, absolutely disgusting food. I honestly can't even describe the taste. First time I ever ordered and definitely the last. I called curious if there was any way I could get a refund for the food I did not eat, and was told no. I was very calm and respectful to the man, as I did not want to come off as rude. He told me because it was my choice to pick the food I ordered, it was not his fault that I did not like it- crazy. Not really sure this is what customer service is about? He really didn't offer any type of resolution....so....be careful where you order from and if you do order here for the first time, choose wisely.
First time trying. I loved the atmosphere. The music goes with the ambiance. Great service. Extremely clean. I did notice it was only men cooking and only men serving. Very nice for a change, in my opinion. I'll definitely return. The only drawback was that the Kibbeh was dry, but the Greek yogurt was helpful. The Pita bread as your treat before the meal was great with the Tzatziki sauce dip.

Terrible service. Man handling my to-go order was extremely rude, and didn’t even get my order right.

On their website, the restaurant looks 10 times better than the actual place. Food is just ok, not too bad, although they served me raw chicken. Server told me they won't take any tip less than 15%, given that the food wasn't good. I gave them no tip.

We enjoyed the food very much. It was a little pricey for small portions. But overall very good food.
Towards the end of my meal I noticed one of the tallest guys in the kitchen pick at his teeth with the black gloves on. And proceeded to continue on with the prep/cooking. Never going back.

The food was not very good for the price. Something is off about the price to food ratio here but also the price to quality ratio. Chicken was very dry, almost like it was sitting out for a while. Muhamurrah and hummus were very very sour. Almost tasted like they added so much lime almost to preserve it. Will not be going back !

Hadn't been to Jerusalem Grill since before the Wurzbach location was closed and torn down. I don't know why I waited so long! It was delicious!! ??

Wanted to try based on positive reviews but was let down. Maybe it was because I ordered take out? But as soon as they handed me the food I opened it and it was cold and stale. Felt like a plate of leftovers, wasn’t fresh or tasty at all. The beef Shawarma was very dry and didn’t taste seasoned. it’s more expensive than other places with similar food but for the price they charged not a good value for the money. Very disappointing because I wanted to like this place. Cannot recommend.
