I did not like the tone of the young guy (tall, dark hair, glasses) at the register after I almost took someone else’s sandwich who ordered after me. No one was claiming the sandwich after it was called so I assumed it was mine. I quickly apologized and put the sandwich back, then the young man took it upon himself to berate me “saying all I have to do is listen.” There was no need for that because it was never that deep. Please do better. This incident happened today, 6/7/25 around 5pm.

Ordered through a delivery service. Ordered a #9 Italian Night Club with chips. What I received was probably a #5 Vito...kind of the same but half the meat. Oh, and no chips even though it was on the receipt. Also, not sure why this was the location tasked with filling the order since it's downtown, and I'm on the far west side.

I stopped going to Jimmy John’s for about a year after they added the tip feature at most locations, but I decided to give this one a shot during lunch today—and I’m so glad I did! Not only do they not have the tip prompt (THANK YOU!). It’s extremely refreshing to eat at a place where great service doesn’t come with an expectation of extra payment (especially fast food/pay at counter restaurants).
My sandwich was made freaky fast, just like the old days, and everything was fresh and delicious. The employees had a great attitude, and the whole experience reminded me why I used to love coming here. I’ll definitely be back to this location (as long as they don't add the tip feature). If you’re looking for classic Jimmy John’s without the awkward tipping pressure, this is the spot!

When they say “freaky fast” they mean it. I work nearby and I can order food from my desk and by the time I walk downstairs it’s ready. Doesn’t matter if I order during the lunch rush or not. The food is ALWAYS ready very fast and I have never had an issue with my order. The employees are all super friendly too! Great spot!
We are staying in San Antonio for a week . Twice we ordered from Jimmy Johns and had it delivered to our hotel . The first delivery was good and the food was fine but they forgot the cookie that we ordered . The second time we ordered today and it was delivered fine but the bread was as hard as a rock . I can't believe they even served bread that stale . You could have hammered nails in with it . They also taped the drink lid and gave us no straw so that was fun to get into.

Went in to the store to have an order fixed. (Back story) I live quite a ways away from this location and my son picked up an order and drove it an hour and 15 minutes to get it to me and it was incorrect. I was upset and called right away. I spoke with Clayton (manager) who assured me he would fix it the next time I was in San Antonio. Two weeks later when I was in San Antonio, I went to this location to have my order remade. Clayton was there and remembered the conversation with me. They remade my order, even putting all the condiments and fillings on the side so the bread stayed fresh for my ride home and my husbands JJ Gargantuan wasn't soggy. ? The crew was amazing, the location was clean. Thanks for making my Jimmy John's / San Antonio trip worth the drive!
