My recent Jimmy John's visit was disappointing. I waited 8 minutes without being greeted, was told only certain sandwiches could be toasted due to policy, and overheard the manager speaking unkindly to an employee. This isn't the Jimmy John's I remember 😢

It's a Jimmy John's. If you've been there, you probably know what to expect. Unfortunately, this location is staffed and operated by a bunch of folks who can't seem to get online OR in-person orders correct, or put in any effort to treat you halfway decently as a customer. If you want a JJ sandwich, you want it done right, and you want someone to take your order like a human instead of acting like you're an inconvenience to them, go to the Callaghan location.
