I usually love Jimmy John's, but this one just wasn't right. The service was was slow and the bathrooms were not clean at all. They need to do better.

I also have had a bad experience here with Rashad. We stand at the counter no greeting, he just stares at you very annoyed that your there. We just had to start giving him our order. So we just started ordering on-line somewhere else instead which is sad because the sandwiches are good.
Update this experience was about a month ago. My wife went into the store and he showed customer service experience. So looks like improvement.

We have visited Jimmy John’s at 13446 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio, TX 78216 multiple times. Unfortunately, each visit has been marred by the consistently rude behavior of an employee named Rashad. He often appears bothered while taking our orders, and when we request customizations for our sandwiches, he responds in a way that feels dismissive and difficult to hear. This has made our experience unpleasant, and as a result, we are now considering visiting a different Jimmy John’s location.

I stopped at the San Pedro Jimmy John's location after a long day at work. I was tired and all I wanted to do was eat and go home to sleep. I really appreciate the staff, recognizing my fatigue and offering a free bag of chips which isn't much, but I really appreciated it. Thanks for getting my sandwich out quick and providing the little extra that goes a long way.

Service was incredibly fast. I got my sandwich within 5 minutes, and this was during lunch. The sandwich itself was so delicious I found myself still reminiscing back on it hours later.

Giving one star was difficult to say the least. I REGRET even placing my order. David was so unfriendly at the register. Walked in and he shoved food in his mouth so he could not speak. Asked where the free side ons were on menu he said they aren't listed it's just the usual ones are free. Was bothered we asked what those were. Asked what came on roast beef sandwich and he said it comes just as it looks. He was so RUDE!! At end of the order I asked for a cup and he just stood there and pointed to them. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I ONLY WISH I HAD WALKED OUT SOONER. I understand we all have bad days but this guy should have stayed home. And it was only 1pm!!! Other guy making the sandwich was friendly. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD AT JIMMY JOHNS!! SO DISAPPOINTING!!!

Sorry excuse for employees here, they purposefully ignored me because I got their 30min before they closed? Hoping I would go away I guess. If your done working just say so rather than just having me stand there. Never been so annoyed at fast food employees before.
