The sandwich was good itself but the staff at this particular location was not. I was in line for about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and when I was, the employer had an attitude. I ordered a simple sandwich which took about 15 minutes or so, longest ive ever waited for a quick easy order. Upon receiving it, they just put my sandwich on the pick up area, no bag or anything (I ordered a combo) all the order were in bags except mine. Pretty disappointed, usually all the location I've gone to, the staff is usually attentive and quick.

IMO this is the best Jimmy John's location. The sandwiches and the bread taste super fresh.

It does get a big lunch crowd, so ordering online or delivery may not be a fast as others. But the quality here is great!

The app defaults to this location even though I select the other San Pedro location as my default. Extremely inconvenient

My young daughter got food poisoning a few hours after eating here. Never had this issue with any Jimmy John's before. Do not recommend this place any longer.

Jimmy John's

Oh, h e double hockey sticks no! I apologize for "low grade swearing", but this was some low grade eating! I have not been to a Jimmy John's location since before CoronaDrama, so apparently I should count my blessings. But now I have, and the sweet memories I had are gone. Yes, I was one of the loyal patrons back in the day for the delicious alfalfa sprouts that evolved into clover sprouts, the company's hail Mary to save it's unique ingredient due to FDA concerns and many reports of sickened patrons.

Despite the definitive deletion of sprouts in February 2020, I continued my patronage for the next monthish until Corona took over. Interesting coincidence. Or more likely, there was a correlation. Either way, walking in today to this forlorn location, with 3 customers, all sitting sitting with no good, should have been a red flag to walk away safely. Then, (-1) the sticker shock for 8" sandwiches for around $10, 16" for not much of a bargain at still close to a shocking $20? We are talking sandwich only, no chips, no drinks. That should have been deep, bleeding red flags. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, though. So I stuck around. Ordered the current special, the Bourbon Club, Roast Beefs with Cheddar.

It only went downhill from there. So. The receipt says Rashad took my order. My memory might fail me, but I believe this was the manager; at least the manager on duty because he was training the other guy who (-2) Asked me for my order at least three times. Then this young man in training stood around blankly while Rashad worked on some other patient patrons' order. In case of confusion, I will refer to him here on out as "manager" and the younger man as "trainee".

Meanwhile, I remembered that one of my favorite things to do is get the free addons like condiments and vegetables, but was sad to see that (-3) the with area was blocked somehow by some silver shield? Not sure whether this was done on purpose, but it was certainly not appreciated.

Two other parties, sans dinner, were still sitting in the dining room lobby. Suddenly, (-4) the manager calls out into the nearly empty dining room turned waiting area, "Does the large Spicy Italian want it cut?" We are now identifying customers by their sandwiches, I see. Not be such a big deal, except that it is a testament to how disorganized they were. Even with a couple customers getting increasingly impatient in the waiting area, (-5) the manager continued to slowly instruct the trainee by saying things like now. This is how you put in the order, now. Press that button, now. Grab that cup over there, now. This is how you line the cheese, etcetera. Do not get me wrong. I can appreciate being a new guy and needing to be properly trained hands on. But common sense says there is a time and place; property business etiquette recommends they wait for a time with no waiting customers. My patience was failing me quickly. I could see the same was true for the one other guy left by now.

Thirsty now, I asked for a cup of water. Continuing his yelling etiquette, even though there was nothing but minimal "diegetic" sounds; no radio playing for him to need to be heard over, he informed me that there were small cups next to the soda fountain. As is common, I found the water tab under the lemonade. I kept pulling down only to get lemonade. I walked back over. "Ummm, the water lever does not seem to be working?" (-6) Manager responds, "Well, somebody twisted The tab or something, you have to pull it a certain direction to the left up and down for it to work." ?&$#@#? I was speechless. To his credit, a few moments later, he yelled out that I could grab a free bottle of water from the front refrigerator. Now, if this is the current situation with a non-working water tab, you would think they would make it easier for customers to get water. Instead I wal

Great staff, fast food. Store and restrooms were clean. And both of the young men working were so friendly and helpful. Derek and safety were the ones helping us and they went above and beyond for my picky kids.

This Jimmy John's always hits but there always seems to be a staffing issue. This is the 5th time I've come to this one and there has only been one person making and taking orders. Two people can get overrun with orders, but just a single person cashing out and making all the sandwiches there will be mistakes. I paid an extra $3 or so for avocado and did not get it included with my sandwich. Can't even fault them cause I wasn't the only one waiting for food.

Lady was making my sandwich right in front of me and refuses to put veggies I forgot to ask for… they wrapped it in front of me and just shrugged their shoulders and said sorry and nothing else

Ordered for delivery at 11:30 AM and after an hour it did not show up. I tried to call several times but they do not answer. Customer service is very poor. Still did not get my food.
