Eat inside and order inside , if you do curbside you'll have to walk in for you order after 30 minutes anyways ..... love JJ's but this location needs work and they are never busy here. That and sandwich was not made well. For this i could have went to any other sub place in the radius. Oh and no apology when I walked in either .... staff could also be nicer.

Ordered and was eating 30 mins before closing. The closed the blocked off the drink fountain after we ordered and made our drinks. As I was walking out to leave at 15 mins prior to close, the turned off lights and locked door. Seemed annoyed with us. I get it, family of 4 ordering at 8:30pm. When we let them know the coke was out, she looked up and made eye contact, but continued to clean. Service is expected at McDonalds, seems to be the new standard.

Fine 3 stars cuz i got a free 8 inch out of it. $18 for 3 lil sandwiches and they totally messed up order adding tomatoes when specifically asked a certain way. An extra .69 cents for sauce when I didn't even get sauce for my sandwich. My daughter asked for extra sauce on her turkey and they charged the .69 cents with no sauce on her sandwich!!! Tiny and not worth it. Going back to subway where they know how make our subs right. At least the guy making our subs was friendly. BLT only one not messed up. Veggies fresh

Place is clean, sandwiches and wraps are delicious and fresh, but they only have one employee servicing customers. Subway keeps at least 2 on serving line. Subway is good, but not that good. JJ’s is the go to place, but they need help for faster service.

Its good, cant complain, i always get the #7, its more expensive than other sandwich places.
Never had an issue with this location. Placed my order today for delivery and not even a minute later they called me to tell me an ingredient in my sandwich wasn’t available and offered me a substitution. I really appreciate that because other places will just make your sandwich anyway and you’ll find out when it’s too

Love Jimmy John's but for some reason the Alamo Ranch locations bread is always hard and not very fresh. As where other locations their bread is nice and soft and fresh!

This seems to be my time for not great experiences. Maybe it's the holidays. So ordered in the app as usual but two sandwiches as I wanted to save one for the next day. I'm about 12 minutes from the store so it's usually on the shelf waiting for me. Not this time...no biggie. So I went to the counter and the guy said it's slow letting us know today we just got the order. No problem l'll just sit over there. In a little while he brought me my order bagged up. Wished him a Merry Christmas and left. When I pulled out the sandwich it didn't have the extra tomato nor the extra oil and spices so was very dry. When I got to the second sandwich it was the wrong sandwich totally. Ordered a Turkey with bacon extra tomato. I got Turkey with avocado spread...yuck...no extra tomato. Big disappointment.Now this is not normal for this location...I've had them forget an extra but never a wrong sandwich. Usually quick and friendly and their day old bread is fantastic.

CJ showed amazing character today.She was slammed with a full board of sandwiches to make and she was all alone. She showed many amazing qualities and is the backbone of this store. Amazing Attitude, Heart, Urgency and Grit! I'd love to have her as an employee in my company!
