Management please step up your game! Trey was the only one in the store during a lunch rush .. what a rockstar because amid the chaos he was super professional and still multitasked like a pro. The food is always good but I don’t like seeing people overworked like this, it’s humanly unacceptable. If you had a call in, manager or owner should be in the trenches with employees.

Someone took my order, read my order back to me to make sure that he heard me correctly (he did), began working on the order <5 seconds later, and somehow still managed to get the order wrong.

Very good experience loved overall

Love popping in to grab a quick sandwich. Even though this location doesn't have a drive-thru, they get the orders out quick! The team members are always super friendly, as well.

I recently went in today to order my girlfriend and I two sandwiches. I distinctly let them know to make sure one of the sandwiches has no mayo on it. Once we got home both sandwiches had mayo. I thought it was no big deal, honest mistake. I went back in to try and politely let them know “hey it’s a mistake can you make this one again due to it having mayo even though I said no mayo?”; the older lady caught an attitude with me and said “mayo isn’t shiny.” I said “I know that’s the oil y’all put on it, I’m pointing to the white stuff that tastes and looks like mayo that isn’t supposed to be on here.” The entire time she remade it kept glancing upset and angry looks towards my girlfriend and I. She remade it correctly this time, however due to her negligence, lack of hearing, and overall rude attitude I refuse to come back to this location. Fix your workers.

Jimmy John’s has always been a go-to spot for me when I want something quick, fresh, and satisfying, but trying the Gargantuan sandwich recently took it to a whole new level. The name says it all — this sandwich is massive and absolutely packed with flavor. It comes loaded with five different meats, provolone cheese, fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and their signature Italian dressing, all piled high on their fresh-baked bread. Every bite is stacked with flavor, and it’s easily one of the most filling and delicious sandwiches I’ve ever had from a fast-food chain.

What I appreciate most is the consistency and freshness. The bread is soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together, the veggies are always crisp, and the meats taste high quality. It’s not just big for the sake of being big — it’s balanced and really well put together.

Service at Jimmy John’s is another big plus. True to their slogan, they’re freaky fast. My order was ready in just minutes, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Even with such a loaded sandwich, it was wrapped perfectly and easy to eat without falling apart.

If you’re really hungry or want to share, the Gargantuan is the way to go. Great taste, great value, and consistently fresh — Jimmy John’s nails it every time!

The best mid sandwiches you could ever get tbh. Their combos kinda suck since they never carry good drinks and the chips ain't worth the combo tbh. But that's a Jimmy Johns thing so like whaddaya gonna do??

Idk what happens but this is not the normal $11 sub I get from JJ's. This picture is of a child's hand and not sure what is up but jt just looks so off, maybe I'm tripping but I get JJ a decent amount and this was so wack for the price.

Lettuce was also like the green leaf not shredded iceberg, idk just everything was weird. Maybe it was the slim bread but I didn't order that.

My friend and I stopped by for sandwiches and were genuinely alarmed by the behavior of one of the employees working that evening. There was a male and a female staff member present. The young woman was polite, helpful, and professional. However, the male employee’s conduct was deeply concerning.

He was visibly agitated—slamming doors, blocking access to the restroom with highchairs (which the female employee had to remove), and shaking his head aggressively while taking out the trash. He refused to greet customers and made it clear through his body language and demeanor that he did not want to be there. His energy was so intense and hostile that my friend and I felt uncomfortable and genuinely worried.

At one point, I asked the female employee if she was okay, and she responded, “He just acts like that sometimes.” That statement alone was extremely troubling—it suggests this isn’t an isolated incident, but a pattern of behavior that has gone unaddressed.

This man should not be working in customer service—let alone around coworkers—if he is regularly behaving in such a volatile and aggressive manner. His presence felt unsafe. If this continues unchecked, I truly fear someone could get hurt.

Please take this feedback seriously. It is not just a bad attitude—it’s a potential safety issue.

Horrible customer service. The guy that took my order was cold and rude. I know I came in late but damn y'all still have 30 mins still close and I just wanted a simple sandwich. I love Jimmy John's and haven't been in awhile just worked a 12 hour shift and just wanted some food not to be greeted so rude and cold. They need to do better.

This is my favorite sandwich shop! It's so easy to find a parking spot right in front of the restaurant, order, and get my meal within about 5 minutes. Even though the team works quickly, I never seem rushed. They manage to stay friendly, even when they're slammed. It's faster than drive through and the sandwiches always hit the spot.

Came with my family, the guy working let us know immediately that it would be a while because he was alone and had multiple online orders and we were okay with it. He got ours done fairly soon and had so many other costumers come in during this time and he let them all know the same thing. They were all glad he told them ahead of time but poor guy definitely needed some help!
