Throw the whole crew away! Came in, everybody was already pissed off. Order an ultimate Italian, get home half the contents of the sandwich missing, no meat just the toppings, I call to notify staff, didn’t even they act like they had better

The sandwiches are good. When the weather is nice, there is an outside shaded area with tables or benches you can eat.

On the last two visits, a week apart. I go to the men’s restroom to wash my hands before eating. No soap available.

I understood the first time, most likely a mistake. The second time, unacceptable. I asked and spoke to the person in charge.

As explained, the staff should refill the soap at the end of the day and at the end of lunch.

Either men wash their hands to the point of using all the soap in the 2 hours, between the time they open at 10 am till the time I get my sandwich at 12 pm or there is no refilling of the soap.

I let you, my reader, decide.

If it is the latter, I am glad the staff use plastic gloves to make my sandwich.

Solid sandwiches every time. One of the few places that can be both reasonably healthy and good.

placed an order for an Ultimate Poker sandwich, a Country Club sandwich, and Powerade drinks. Unfortunately, the delivery driver forgot to bring the drinks. When I informed her of the oversight, she seemed unsure of what to do, and after a brief exchange, I suggested she return to the store to retrieve the missing drinks. She agreed to return but did not seem to want to resolve the issue herself.

After waiting, the driver returned with the drinks, but upon opening my husband's sandwich, we noticed that it had a hole in it, as though someone had pressed their finger into it. At this point, I called the store at 12:38 PM CST to speak with the manager. To my surprise, the manager refused to give me his first name, citing store policy. However, after doing some research, I discovered that Jimmy John’s does not have a policy that prohibits managers from providing their first names. This led me to believe that the person I spoke with might not have been the manager at all.

Despite explaining the situation and asking for a refund, the manager showed no empathy or concern for my experience. He merely said that it was okay for me to send the food back with the driver. When the driver returned to pick up the food, I informed her of the situation, and she took the bag. However, my husband later discovered the food discarded in the middle of the street. This is completely unacceptable behavior for any company, let alone one of Jimmy John’s size and reputation.

As a long-time customer, I am deeply disappointed by this experience. The lack of responsibility, empathy, and professionalism from both the delivery driver and the manager has completely soured my opinion of your company

I went to go get a sandwich today, because I love Jimmy John’s. The lady used a broom and then rang me up when she started to put on gloves, I asked her to wash her hands. She rolled her eyes and caught an attitude because I asked her to do something that she should be doing anyway. It is not cool to touch peoples food with dirty hands or put on clean gloves with dirty hands. I will never be eating at this Jimmy John’s again, and I had to make this post as soon as possible to let people know that they do not wash their hands after touching contaminants.

The food is ok but the service is horrible! It’s as if you are disturbing then. They don’t greet you or even bother to say hello and they have you wait so they can clean up. What’s worse is they couldn’t even get my order correct. When I went to offer the manager some feedback, he shrugged and said OK.

I come into this location all the time, and I usually receive exceptional service but on today I came in and was service by the order taker Micheal. I have never had to bag my own food (a To-go order )ever coming to Jimmy John’s. My sandwiches were set on the counter in front of me when I asked were they going to be bagged I was told you can grab bag and bag it. I was sitting there in complete shock as I watched him bag all the other orders that were before, and after mine, what made my order so different that it deserved not to be bagged to where I had to bag it myself. Is it because I’m African-American, I NEED ANSWERS

So, I was filling up my water bottle with water, which I assumed would be okay, considering that they give out water cups for free, as it is illegal in the United States not to, and I honestly assumed that it would be saving them money, because they wouldn’t need to pay for the cup, since I had brought my own. While I was filling up my water I was approached by an employee and told I needed to pay for the water. I happily agreed, because I didn’t want to steal the water if it wasn’t free for whatever reason. When she rang me up for it however, she tried to charge me $2.70 which is the price for a fountain drink, and it stated this on the register. She rang up my water as a fountain drink, and I tried to explain to her that I had only gotten water, not a fountain drink, and she justified the price by saying that it was the price of the cup or something like that. I already had the water, I had already filled my OWN cup with water, I had not used any of their cups. Like I said previously, I would be more than willing to pay the .75¢ for water, which is what it normally would cost if I were to order a cup of water instead of a water cup, but $2.70 for water is just completely outrageous. I would also like to mention that I mobile ordered my food, and on their app, their is no option to order a cup of water, only a bottle of water, so I’m not sure why they would charge me for it in the first place if it’s not even on the menu. It was incredibly frustrating for me, and I honestly don’t understand why they would try to charge me $2.70 for water, and refuse to change it, even after I explained that I had in fact only gotten water, and not soda. I would also like to mention that I ordered about $20 of food, so I wasn’t just going in there to take their water, I wasn’t just using their water and not buying anything, because if that was the case I could see how it would be frustrating. I was very frustrated and upset about the whole thing and it honestly ruined the experience for me. Edit: Okay, so the owner responded by saying they charge for a branded cup, I DIDNT ASK FOR A BRANDED CUP I FILLED MY OWN WATER BOTTLE FROM HOME. Next time I’ll ask for a free water cup and use it to fill my water bottle because apparently wasting a cup is more responsible than filling mine straight from the fountain. It’s more important to this owner that we produce waste than to fill our own eco friendly cups. If you enjoy ruining the environment go to this location.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!This place needs to get off of DoorDash and get a new number, the line is always busy and they never make the to go orders so it’s misleading to order online and not be able to get ahold of them to cancel the order because they don’t make it to begin with.

The person that was working at the register was extremely rude. He was out of line and very impatient. When we order he got the wrong size and when we ask them about it he was out of line yelling. Never would go to that place again.
