DO NOT EAT HERE. RANCID MEAT. I don't write many reviews here but I had to put this out there as a warning to people. A while back I ordered a BLT sandwich from this place for the first time. As I was eating ...my whole work area started to smell like rancid meat. I couldn't believe it at first cuz this was supposed to be a fresh sandwich. Long story short the bacon was rancid. I work across the street from this place so I was on lunch I didn't have time to take it back. In the ensuing months since that happened about four of my co-workers have eaten at the place and have all gotten rancid meat in their sandwiches. My latest co-worker is actually going to the emergency room tonight because he believes he got tomain poisoning from a chicken wrap from this Jimmy John's. I can't believe they're still in business the health department should shut them down. If I have time on Monday I think I'm going to call the health department or OSHA and do it myself. There were more issues like incorrect prices on the board but what difference does that make if the food is rancid just DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND YOUR LOVED ONES HEALTH.
Very unprofessional employee . Our sandwiches were not made correctly missing ingredients overall Jimmy John’s you can do better

Are the worst Jimmy John’s I have ever been to I ordered four sandwiches. I asked the lady who made them. How do I know which sandwich is which obviously she didn’t mark them as she told me that I needed to open each them to find out then she wouldn’t put them in a bag so they don’t do that. The music was so loud I could barely hear myself avoid

I paid $23 for a gargantuan and they put no vegetables on it. When I called they said they were out of onions and then I asked what about the other vegetables and they hung up on me. I tried calling back and they would not answer. Do not order from here. You do not know what you will get.

I haven't ordered Jimmy John's in 3 years and I ordered tonight. The sandwich is half the size and double the cost. Never again! Dang JJ, make a real sandwich like you used to.

This rating is specifically for the employees who were working today. Didn’t take our order for almost 10 minutes. There were literally two other individuals in the entire place. We specifically asked for our sandwiches to be cut and they were not and one had a single piece of turkey on the entire sandwich and the rest was lettuce.

Stop calling out numbers on orders if you idiots don't give us receipts, and turn the music down so you can actually hear what the customers are ordering. The rude kid with sharpie painted nails was either stoned or incompetent and basically irritated he had to take my order. Messed up sandwiches twice on my takeout order thanks for wasting $30, is it that hard to put mayo on a sandwich that comes with mayo?? Is that 1/2 scoop of tuna enough for a regular sandwich? Pathetic location.

It was pretty ok not much to complain about
Throw the whole crew away! Came in, everybody was already pissed off. Order an ultimate Italian, get home half the contents of the sandwich missing, no meat just the toppings, I call to notify staff, didn’t even they act like they had better
Things to do
Poor service
Poor food
It’s time to clean house!
The sandwiches are good. When the weather is nice, there is an outside shaded area with tables or benches you can eat.
On the last two visits, a week apart. I go to the men’s restroom to wash my hands before eating. No soap available.
I understood the first time, most likely a mistake. The second time, unacceptable. I asked and spoke to the person in charge.
As explained, the staff should refill the soap at the end of the day and at the end of lunch.
Either men wash their hands to the point of using all the soap in the 2 hours, between the time they open at 10 am till the time I get my sandwich at 12 pm or there is no refilling of the soap.
I let you, my reader, decide.
If it is the latter, I am glad the staff use plastic gloves to make my sandwich.

I like the food
Great place to work near if you want a quick bite! And very nice!
Solid sandwiches every time. One of the few places that can be both reasonably healthy and good.
placed an order for an Ultimate Poker sandwich, a Country Club sandwich, and Powerade drinks. Unfortunately, the delivery driver forgot to bring the drinks. When I informed her of the oversight, she seemed unsure of what to do, and after a brief exchange, I suggested she return to the store to retrieve the missing drinks. She agreed to return but did not seem to want to resolve the issue herself.
After waiting, the driver returned with the drinks, but upon opening my husband's sandwich, we noticed that it had a hole in it, as though someone had pressed their finger into it. At this point, I called the store at 12:38 PM CST to speak with the manager. To my surprise, the manager refused to give me his first name, citing store policy. However, after doing some research, I discovered that Jimmy John’s does not have a policy that prohibits managers from providing their first names. This led me to believe that the person I spoke with might not have been the manager at all.
Despite explaining the situation and asking for a refund, the manager showed no empathy or concern for my experience. He merely said that it was okay for me to send the food back with the driver. When the driver returned to pick up the food, I informed her of the situation, and she took the bag. However, my husband later discovered the food discarded in the middle of the street. This is completely unacceptable behavior for any company, let alone one of Jimmy John’s size and reputation.
As a long-time customer, I am deeply disappointed by this experience. The lack of responsibility, empathy, and professionalism from both the delivery driver and the manager has completely soured my opinion of your company

I went to go get a sandwich today, because I love Jimmy John’s. The lady used a broom and then rang me up when she started to put on gloves, I asked her to wash her hands. She rolled her eyes and caught an attitude because I asked her to do something that she should be doing anyway. It is not cool to touch peoples food with dirty hands or put on clean gloves with dirty hands. I will never be eating at this Jimmy John’s again, and I had to make this post as soon as possible to let people know that they do not wash their hands after touching contaminants.
