The person that was working at the register was extremely rude. He was out of line and very impatient. When we order he got the wrong size and when we ask them about it he was out of line yelling. Never would go to that place again.

Customer service was good I didn’t see a lot of staff working. I ordered a #9 unwhich and it was good. I don’t understand how the points system works for the loyalty program in go there once a week and never get any free items. Overall 4⭐️

The rudest General Manager I have every encountered. As a paying customer I placed an online order. When my food was received, the side was wrong and the sandwich was wrong. When I called the store to address the mistake, instead of the GM expressing proper customer service and offering to fix the error, instead he made excuses stating "Well thats not how the order came in on mind end". I offered to show him a copy of my receipt to show the order was placed correctly on my end. He simply ignored that fact and offered zero resolution. I had to literally ask for them to at least fix the wrong side. The worst example of customer service. Zero stars.

Rude customer service made sandwich without out asking me what I wanted nothing but lettuce and old at that. Lousy tea that was not dress or sweet as stated on container

Never had an issue before this one aside from the fact that the app sucks. Today I saw I had a reward for a free medium sandwich, so I ordered the Nashville chicken. All was fine until I got home and unwrapped the sandwich and found I received an exploded sandwich, not cut in half, ingredients spilled out. Is that because it was "free"? Cmon Lenny's, do better!

Will never go back!! It was over $30 for 2...6in subs and hardly any meat!! All the tables were dirty, went to the car to eat. This place is way to expensive and dirty!! No thanks!

Placed my 3rd or 4th order with JJ and it was placed at 1107am today. I wanted my lunch to get here on time for my 30 minute break. I requested a delivery at 12pm. No courtesy call or text about delays on orders that it would be delivered almost an hour and a half after my requesting time. The line was busy the whole time. I called about 15 plus times and it just rang and rang to cancel and get a refund. The delivery man did apologize that they got busy and the manager will take calls after 2pm. I wasn’t gonna waste anymore of my time to call them again. But I know for sure I will not be ordering from JJ again. The whole receipt had “ Delayed “ but no one let me know. So I had to purchase something again downstairs on top of my $15 little John combo.

Placed an online order, came to the store 20 minutes later, order not ready. Waited 10 more minutes and still nothing. Went up to the register, was ignored for another 5 minutes. At that point, I have already gone over my 30 minute lunch break, so I asked for a refund. The employees working there couldn't care less and the store was a mess. Cold cuts and bread thrown all over the kitchen floor. Will not be returning.
