Fast is a joke here. 25 minutes for a sandwich. They wouldn’t issue a refund after being there for 20 minutes with no one else waiting for a sandwich.

Yikes. I thought that it may have been an accident when I got a sandwich for my husband yesterday but I got the same sandwich today for myself and there was no meat on it. I asked for EZ on everything else except for the meat and they gave me one piece 😭. I feel like I paid $12 for bread. I order the same thing but it is never flat like this and it’s only been these two times. Really disappointed because I enjoy this location.

don't believe there promo ......you go online and order and they say you cant claim it because there out .... they just opened. Lies!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Isaac was great! I was worried about being annoying for the specific things I wanted on my sub (I’m pregnant and all I wanted to eat was a sandwich) but he didn’t make me feel like I was wasting time which was really appreciated ❤️

That bathroom, though!!! Probably the cleanest restaurant bathroom I've been in, in a long time!!

Picked up my sandwich a few moments ago.

I paid for extra turkey and added all the additional veggies with no mayonnaise. I got the same amount of turkey, with mayonnaise, and not extra veggies. Do not go to this location.

Just stopped by and waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the register and no one did, so I left. I don't know if they closed early for the day and just forgot to lock the door or what.

Went to the Jimmy John's on Bulverde today to get my usual tuna sandwich (#15). Got home and took a bite - and got nothing but bread and lettuce. Opened it up and saw this. A very thin line of tuna that didn't even go from end to end. The guy making the sub was obviously either the manager or the owner, so this was a deliberate bit of shrinkflation. Really sad, never had this issue at a JJ's before. Will be skipping this location and hitting up Jersey Mike's or Lenny's instead.
