Picked up my sandwich a few moments ago.

I paid for extra turkey and added all the additional veggies with no mayonnaise. I got the same amount of turkey, with mayonnaise, and not extra veggies. Do not go to this location.

Just stopped by and waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the register and no one did, so I left. I don't know if they closed early for the day and just forgot to lock the door or what.

Went to the Jimmy John's on Bulverde today to get my usual tuna sandwich (#15). Got home and took a bite - and got nothing but bread and lettuce. Opened it up and saw this. A very thin line of tuna that didn't even go from end to end. The guy making the sub was obviously either the manager or the owner, so this was a deliberate bit of shrinkflation. Really sad, never had this issue at a JJ's before. Will be skipping this location and hitting up Jersey Mike's or Lenny's instead.

Parking: Strip center to FedEx Jimmy John's,Y bubble, for got the name of an ? ice cream place there also, really good milkshakes and ice cream.

Great service, great sandwiches!

Terrible. Asked for a Turkey and cheese sandwich. Turkey didn't even cover the bread and no cheese. We asked where the cheese was and told us they would add it, but charged us for it. Unbelievable. Wish I could add a picture of the pathetic sandwich. Doubt we will ever eat here again.

Terrible service, orders always wrong, items always out of stock. Steer clear. Just got another order wrong and they want me to drive 20 minutes back over there to correct their mistake.

I love jimmy johns always good, fast, & convenient.. Except... this location is not fast.. ever..I'm a regular, I come back because I like the food but I may switch local sandwich shops because this location is always massively understaffed. The employees look abused and over worked.. Frequently only one employee sometimes two.. Absolutely not freaky fast, slow compared to any other sandwich shop..
