This is the second time in a row where I’ve purchased sandwiches and the bread is extremely hard. The bread HAS to be old by how hard it is. I’ve never eaten such hard bread in my life. Maybe it’s because this location is smaller and there’s not a lot of management that oversees the employees but I most likely won’t be returning to this location. I don’t ever take time to do reviews but I had to put this out there for anyone else experiencing this from this location.

Ridiculously addicted to their bread lol. I love Jimmy John’s. It’s fast and cheap and really really tasty. This location always does a great job; the staff is friendly enough and eager to help.

The last two times I have been here they have gotten my order wrong. Claimed they gave me a credit and when I went back to claim it. They said that there wasn't a credit. And that was nothing that can be done. The manager, Edger, was rude and was unconcerned about my issue. Very rude place

I always use the drive thru or sometimes go inside and use the bathroom in and out, today one of the guys working at around 6:30pm told me I could no longer use the bathroom it's for customers only which I am. I didn't even disturb anyone I went in to wash my hands. I know the day manager and he's never had a problem with me. The workers were just hanging out in the lobby and I asked to use the bathroom to wash my hands after getting my food through the drive thru and that's the response I got back... I guess I don't fit into the criteria of being a customer there

Ordered delivery which wasn't so great but I received basically a soggy lump that was supposed to be a turkey tom with provolone cheese...I may have made a mistake ordering the sliced wheat bread but in any case that is the last time i order from a JJ. I tried calling but was put on hold and gave up when no one came back on the line after 5 minutes. . .not worth it too many other sandwich shops in the sea! lol
Every time I order my favorite sandwich from se. military they always forget something it’s like add bacon to my sandwich is a big throw off. This time was the bacon I ordered the got no problem charging me. This location should be shut down it’s nerve busy to be making mistakes.
