Love the #9, but ordered one without onions, still had onions on it. Please listen to your customer.

The employees might as well have been robots for all the personality they displayed. I told them I'd never been. I guess there is different bread, I'm guessing they will heat it. Pretty sure they should cut it, at least they cut his, just not the order for the female. No salt, no pepper, tomatoes were almost greeny hey we're so hard and tasteless.. just plain, boring, unimaginative sandwich. I'll stick to fire house and subway, even if the service at our subways is crappy.

My order was ready so fast, I only had time to read 3 of the Uranus facts in the restroom!
It would be helpful if there was a hook to hang my purse. Not that I would've had time to read all the facts (Jimmy John's is freakishly fast). It would've been nice to tinkle without my purse hanging from my neck.

Been eating at this location for several years about every other week during school year. Usually very fast, friendly, efficient service. Never had a problem with any of my orders. If you go during non-lunch times, it is common to have the order ready before even filling the cup at the drink station. During lunch, it can take more than several minutes, but I give them a pass since they receive a significant number of large orders from the college campus that would back up anybody. Usually pretty quiet, but can get very loud when packed with customers. As their sign says, don't park in the empty lot across the street, the owners of that lot like to tow (I've see more than on person have their car towed over the years). If you are going to park, use the small lot about 30 yards behind the JJ building.

You would be amazed how hard it is for some places to make a proper veg sandwich. This shop proved itself to be a pleasant exception. Young men who made my sandwich were prompt and professional, and the sandwich is perfect. Very rare, in my experience.

I'm impressed by how little the employees at this location care about the customer or getting the order right. No hello or smiling faces upon arrival. Ordered one of the sandwiches with NO TOMATOE. The guy is literally there listening, the cashier repeats "NO TOMATOES"...yup, the guy proceeds to add TOMATOES. Walked out and gave it to a homeless guy. I know, I should not expect any better from a bunch of college kids so that's on me. Not that they care but will not ever go back.

Flat out forgot half of our sides, disregarded any inclusions we added to our sandwiches, and charged us for them. They also forgot a drink of ours and then made us pay for another one, even though it was on the receipt. Employees were kind, but they were a little forgetful ?
