My order was fast and accurate. The price was decent and atmosphere was relaxed. The staff cleaned every table after someone left and the floors weren’t sticky or dirty like most places nowadays.

I had a last minute Corporate Meeting and needed a Catering Order for 25 people. Ramon was soooo understanding and said they could pull it off. Mind you they had an 1.5 hr. Notice!!! I appreciate their hard work in getting this order out. They easily could have said no.

I ordered a combo through the drive through and got a Dr Pepper with my meal. Towards the end of my drink I started feeling a grainy texture. I poured it all out and there was what appeared to be sand/dirt in my drink. This is also not the first time this has happened to me at this location!!
First time at this location and i pulled this beauty out of my mouth mid meal. needless to say i was disgusted . Location clearly needs better quality control .

Jimmy John’s has always one of me and my fiancés favorite place to go. Disappointed with the service and quality this time around. The guy who took my order was friendly and nice but the girl at the window didn’t tell me my total or say anything at all, just stuck her hand out the window and waited for me to hand her my card. I ordered 2 sandwich combos and a side of the pesto bow tie pasta salad. Before I drove away I took a quick look in the bad and saw that everything was there but when I got home and I bagged everything this is what the lid of the pasta salad said. “Use by 3.17” and todays date is 6/16/2024. I was really excited to try it too. Its pretty gross to be serving expired food. Really makes me question the quality control of the entire establishment. Receipt posted for proof of purchase.

There’s was only 1 guy working and he was a rude jerk i understand he’s the only one working but doesn’t have to be a jerk I went thru the drive the the person in front of me still hadn’t ordered after waiting 10 minutes so I go inside and order the guy working didn’t even talk to me for 10 minutes he’s just doing drive thru orders i asked him are you the only one working he said yes with a pist off attitude and said I’ll be with you in awhile I’m busy so I left I’m never coming here again jerk
