Check your order before you leave. I ordered a #15 w/ tuna....not a drop of tuna on my sandwich. Just cheese, lettuce, tomato & cucumbers. No one else was in the restaurant....so HOW does this happen? They were too busy having personal conversations. Pathetic. I can't deal with Jimmy John's. Last damn straw........

Trying to order online for pickup is a hassle. You enter the state city and zip and you get a whole list of locations not near the zip you entered. You can then try to scroll through the whole list to find the correct location. I don't understand.

This location is definitely a solid lunch option if you are in the area - they are quick, and generally have done well even with big group orders even though sometimes, it seems like they are trying too hard to be fast that they make minor errors. They could also be friendlier, but I give the benefit of the doubt that the lunchtime rush with so many office buildings nearby would leave anyone cranky.Food wise, nothing out of the ordinary, but I've always been decently impressed with the freshness. Clean, no wilted veggies. I will say, parking and getting out of the parking lot in general during the lunch rush is hit or miss. It seems like at least once a week a see a minor accident with someone trying to turn left out of the parking lot. So, come early if you can, and proceed with caution.
