This truly is the Best Jimmy John’s in all of San Antonio. Ramy Is a great area manager, and you can see it through the people that he hires. Anna Is an amazing manager when I see her at this location I sigh with relief because I know I’m going to be taken care of. Great Team Great Restaurent JUST GREAT!

I was at jimmy John’s on RITTMAN Rd a couple of weeks ago which we try to go at least every couple weeks for good hoagies BUT WHEN I ordered a #2 Roastbeef giant for take out and I got home and realized for the price and size I HARDLY GOT ANY ROASTBEEF on my sandwich so disappointing ! Not happy When you order a GIANT but you get LESS meat for that price ITS SO WRONG !! Might need to go to another JimmyJohns if it happens again but I live so close to this one !! Please make this right sandwiches taste excellent but when you don’t get what you pay for you lose clients!! Thanks

It was my first time there. I was expecting a better sandwich. It is not bad, but felt it was more lettuce than meats. The sandwich is filling, a 16-inch sandwich full of veggies with a very thin slice of meat. Will stay with my subway sandwich.
If you’re looking to place a group order for food, this place is not it. This is our second time placing a group order ahead of time, and were given crap for placing a group order. Today we had to place an order for an extra sandwich and the guy behind the counter slammed the bag he was holding down on the counter. I feel like it would have been one thing if we walked in expecting them to make the order right then, but this order was placed online ahead of time. Either way, this is a sandwich shop… this is what they do… they make sandwiches.

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes after ordering. Got to the window for them to tell me they ran out of french bread and it would be 20-30 min until more was ready. Waste of time
