Never have received a correct order and I order here a lot. My customizations/ add ons have never been included and I order online so it’s not like they misheard me while ordering in store. Today specifically, not only were my customizations left out but they left out an ingredient of the sub! I ordered a veggie sub and it came without avocado spread- the second ingredient listed on the menu! I was sad but I started eating my sub until I got about half way through and found a HAIR. I’m disappointed, pregnant, and just want lunch!

Trey who was prepping sandwiches and taking orders was extremely respectful and kind. Even though he was by himself with a pretty packed restaurant, he went above and beyond with his customer service skills. The company is incredibly lucky to have an employee of that caliber in their staff. If I could give him TEN stars, I would, thank you Trey for giving me an amazing experience at this Jimmy Johns!

This is the most austere sandwich I've ever had from a Jimmy John's. I ordered the Turkey Tom. While it doesn't have a ton of ingredients it usually has more than 1 small piece of turkey folded over a couple of tiny tomato slices. I essentially ate a lettuce sandwich with turkey and tomato seasoning. Pictures for proof.

People were friendly. Lemonade was out at the dispenser. I'll avoid this location in the future.

I ordered something online, but did it for Pick up not delivery by accident. Manager says I have to REORDER and they will refund my CC on the previous order even though my food is sitting right there ready to eat. He couldn't just charge me a delivery fee and then deliver it 5 minutes away. He was very rude and even told me that "I am not the one that made the mistake bro..." What a DB!!!!
I work in Customer service and this dude needs much more training being a little more cordial. I used to place 4-5 orders a month from this location. NOT ANYMORE!

Its a mood changer if you ask me! It was cutting close to closing.Walking into the restaurant was a mind blowing everything was clean you can tell who ever runs the night shift keeps it looking very tip top in shape!! The line server was super nice and polite, customer service was out standing! I wanna say his name is Joshua. Did 10's in all. He made all my sandwiches as they should be right. Can do dinner here anytime ☺️

This place is awful. Place an online order at 1:00 pm today. I call the shop at 5 minutes to 2:00, and I'm told that they're delivery person is on a bike today and is running a little behind but is on the way. At 3:00, they finally made the delivery. However, the delivery was made to the retail shop below my office. 2 hours to deliver a sandwich is ridiculous.The sandwich was made 2 hours prior to delivery, and certainly wasn't kept refrigerated. This is bad food handling practice and potentially unsafe.I gave me a refund but that doesn't really fix the problem.

I tend to not write reviews, but this is uniquely horrible place. Go to any other location. I ordered my found at 1130. At 130 I called and had the pleasure of speaking to the self proclaimed owner and Manager Alex. I asked him to cancel my order. He told me me he was the only one there so of course it was going to take long. I asked why they didn't cancel the delivery orders if they knew they couldn't take them. Thats when this gem of a person told me if I had a problem with the time I should have cancelled it earlier. I asked how I was supposed to know that they had one person there, he called me an a$$hole and told me I was being rude. I told him to cancel the damn order and he refused, and started yelling at me. Then 20 minutes after the interaction, my sandwich arrived with spit in it. So I waited 2 hours, paid full fair plus tip and got cussed out for a sandwich that I can't eat. I am sure he did it just to stick it to me. Absolutely ridiculous. There is one on Main St. not far from this location, go there. Avoid this place like the plague.

This is by far the worst location. The first time I ordered online, after about an hour I called and was told they didn’t have a delivery driver. This time i called after an hour to check on my order and I was told it was on the way. So much for “freaky fast”. Medical location is bomb though.
