Placed an order at 1:40 on a Saturday, no delivery an hour later, called the store twice with no answer and no voicemail. Called again and got hung up on, called a fourth time and was told they didn't actually have a driver to make the delivery, so they had to call uber, and nobody had showed up. No call, no text update, no email status. No online order tracking that would sync with my account. This isn't the business that it used to be.

I ordered my lunch at like 9 am to get curbside at 10:30. I got here at 10:25 and watched as they cleaned the store and then they all stood there staring at the glass. By 10:35 I decided to go in. Food is hot in the shelf just sitting there. Now I don’t mind but why even have the curbside option if you’re going to just stand there and do nothing. Like I parked dead in front cashier and I making eye contact almost the whole time as he stood there bored.

Ethan made our visit extra pleasant. We already love the Jimmy John's product and his good service and pleasant nature made it that much better.
Was dirty tables all over. The man at the counter put our tickets backwards so I had to wait for 3 people to get their orders first. I told them to go and they didn't give me a bag nor did they cut my sandwich. She mad it and sat it at the end but they didn't take names for the order so I was confused if it was mines or not since I waited for other ppl who ordered after me but received their meal first. I had one sandwich with no modifications. Not happy. I walked and was hot to receive bad service and they didn't look like they cared. I had carry everything in hand back to work.

This jimmy john is never opened the hours specified.. went at 730pm and they were already closed.. cleaning up.. was refused service.. has happened multiple times.

I was the only person in the store with three employees present and was completely ignored. Also, I never was contacted back after calling their customer service line and asking to be called back. Whatever you do, do NOT go here for any reason. There are much better options within walking distance.
