Ive ordered ahead twice here and both times showed up 30 minutes after my order was placed, and I still end up having to wait 15+ minutes in store for my order to be ready.

I order from this JJ at least 2x a week. Robbie, the manager, is attentive and customer focused. My sandwich is always made well. And in the rare event there is an issue, Robbie and his team do their best to make it right.
By far, my favorite JJs in San Antonio.

Says it closes at 9pm got there at 845pm and the girl has doors locked already. Thankfully didn’t order ahead as I’d be missing out on my order. Lights on as well but she just looks at you and continues closing everything. Doesn’t answer phone either.

On 5 April 2025, I craved a jimmy sandwich and went to this location. When I approached the counter, the very tall man that I saw making sandwiches was NOT at all wearing a hair net on his long hair that went to his shoulders, before I could speak this man ask me to be patient to the foreign man that would take my order. My response was sure I understand! Then I was able to address the fact that the sandwich maker was not wearing a hair net on his head. I asked him why wasn’t wearing a hair net and could he put one on, his response was to laugh and make smart remarks, I then apologized to the new man at the register and stated, that I decided to not order a sandwich at all and have a blessed day, then I walked out listening to the No Hair Net wearing long hair man make fun of this situation! I know this is a franchise, and hard to manage sometimes but this is totally unacceptable! I will be going up the ladder to notify Jimmy John’s corporate office

Forgot the Dijon, oil and vin on the sandwich.

They totally heard the order as they gave the order back perfectly…. Maybe the driver got it wrong….. whatever… dry ass sandwich

Ruth took my order on Friday and today and she did amazing job and the food is good and the prices are amazing and I love their bread. I enjoy talking to her. The only thing I hate is there parking spots

Parking: You have to be careful with the parking because they’re also sharing it with another restaurants drive-through

Bought a wrap, ate half Ten minutes later puked it up. Called the store to share my experience and I was told it must just be me "Everything is Fresh". I buy sandwiches from there about 3 or 4 times a week due to my location and short lunches I have to take. My point is if I'm going to take the time to inform you that something wasn't right about my $20 food. Don't argue with me about it, thank me for taking the time to call you to help you from spreading food poison to other Sandwich enthusiasts. Offer to take care of me on the next Sandwich. But don't be a Karen.
