Muffled conversations, a counter with swivel seats, round tables and booths with slightly sprung seats; carpet a bit threadbare from servers going back and forth. Smiling staff and cheerful conversation all around - in short a marvelous relaxing atmosphere. A very homey place for a travel too long away from home. Oh, and they have great food too! My breakfast was the best I have had on this trip. I think most anyone would like it here.

Just ordered breakfast. Requested hash browns to be extra crispy & yet they still showed up ice cold. Then I proceeded to get waitresses attention & was ignored. I let a different one know they forgot my sausage & when it was brought it was cold as well. I asked to speak to the manager & explained the situation & that I no longer wanted my food. Luis was very apologetic & nice.

Today was my first time at Jim’s at this specific location, from start to finish it was a good experience. Our waitress was the best 10 out of 10. Thanks to Karen for making my first time there amazing. Food was so delicious would definitely be returning!!!

February 14, a dasher waited like 15 minutes for an order and you guys didn't even start prepping it.
Nothing personal, because it's hitting everywhere. But $43 for two sandwiches and coffee? Must have been the cup of soup each? Lol Good thing the food, service and memories are so good.!

When we got there the sign said to seat ourselves. We sat down and around the 15 minute mark i and to ask for a server. It took another 10 minutes to get silverware and menus. The waitress that came by with the menus told us another server would be by shortly. That didn't happen. After another 15 minutes we left. It wasn't busy. There was zero reason we sat there that long and didn't get served at LEAST drinks. Definitely wont recommend or go back.

Seems to be one of the best Jim's left. Got the Thanksgiving meal the other day and it was great. Was not a 5 star restaurant but that is not what I wanted, I wanted good ol Jim's.
