Just ordered breakfast. Requested hash browns to be extra crispy & yet they still showed up ice cold. Then I proceeded to get waitresses attention & was ignored. I let a different one know they forgot my sausage & when it was brought it was cold as well. I asked to speak to the manager & explained the situation & that I no longer wanted my food. Luis was very apologetic & nice.
Today was my first time at Jim’s at this specific location, from start to finish it was a good experience. Our waitress was the best 10 out of 10. Thanks to Karen for making my first time there amazing. Food was so delicious would definitely be returning!!!

Oh, and they have great food too! My breakfast was the best I have had on this trip.
