Parked up front as soon as arriving. Hostess sat us immediately at booth. Very professional waitress took drink order and offered menu. Returned with Orange Juice and utensils. Pork chop breakfast with hash browns over med eggs and sub toast for pancake was delicious. French toast was perfect. Bonus overhead Playlist music was spot on this early Sunday morning!!!

Horrible experience. Reciept given said 43.99 when paid i was charged 65 and change when i brought it up go the cashier she said oh well thats what it is. One of our parties food was never put in causing a wait. Then we waited a good while well the servers sat around and gossiped before being able to get our check and to go boxes. Servers attitude was nice. But all around we will not be returning or recommending.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently visited Jim’s Restaurant in San Antonio, and it was absolutely delicious! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served with that classic comfort style that really makes you feel at home. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere had that perfect cozy diner feel.
I truly wish Jim’s would expand into Houston—there’s no doubt it would be a huge hit here. Until then, I’ll definitely be stopping by every time I’m in San Antonio!

I love Jim's. Classic American food and everything is delicious. My only problem is trying to pick only one meal to order. I'll always want a breakfast item as well as a dinner item. I love that we can order anything all day. 🫶🏼
Food and service are excellent, but the diner itself really needs major cleaning. There is so much dust on the ceiling, vents and lamps. Ceiling tiles are also stained with water leaks.

A friend and I went to a shooting range and afterwards wanted to catch lunch before we both needed to go back to separate work projects. Since Jim's Restaurant was conveniently located along 1604 and Potranco rd., on the west side of San Antonio, we decided to stop there. The service was excellent, the food was reasonably priced, selections were many, and what we each chose was excellent. It's always good when restaurants have lunch and dinner specials. I recommend Jim's Restaurant as a nice family restaurant.
