Friday night after a long workday, my sweetheart and I decided to dine out at Jim's. We weren't in the mood for fast food but also didn't want a formal setting, so Jim's seemed like the perfect choice. The service was quick and the staff were friendly, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. However, my go-to soup, which I usually enjoy, was surprisingly overly salty tonight. It was a letdown considering how much I typically relish it. Despite this, the casual ambiance and speedy service make Jim's a decent option for a relaxed evening out."

Had lunch with my family foods really good I had a tortilla soup tortilla soup in the world and the waitress is pretty cool. Valerie was an awesome. waitress. I definitely will come back again and try Hawaiian chicken Mmmmmmmm

We haven't been to this location in a while, but decided to try it again after having multiple negative experiences at another Jim's location. I am pleased to say that everything during our visit was great. The food was fresh and hot, the waitress was courteous and efficient, and the restaurant itself was clean and appealing. Will make this our new Jim's location for future visits.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. My family and I just had the worst experience. We went in and were asked to wait to be seated. They said 10 to 15 min wait. We sat down and right away different parties came in and they seated them right away. Mind you same size parties. We asked what this issue was and pointed to 2 empty booths and said why can't we sit they and we were told those booths are not being used. Then another party walked in and another server sat them at the same booths we were pointing at. We tried to talk the the manager and she said I don't know what to tell you I wasn't there and don't know what's going on. This place had no integrity or professionalism. A side note their ceilings are filthy along with the light fixtures and sticky seats for waiting. I will never go back there and I know management will do nothing about this.
