It seems that are waitress got a attitude about me and my wife not wanting to sit all the way in the back of the restaurant when there was eight open booths up front we got no refills are asked if we wanted anything else if the waitress didn't like a white man and Hispanic woman being together she should have asked a another waitress to take care of us

Holy crap! I like Jims, and I go there regularly. I'm sad to say this is the last day I'll go there. I ordered pancakes and there was a cockroach cooked into my pancakes. Yuck. 🤮

Long time customer over 20 yrs I last week I complained to a lady manager about a cook who is rude and walks around with his pants half off that we can see his underwear! I know his name now is Gus, a day ago he had some sort of meltdown we heard him in dining area being rude to a waiter it made me and my family uncomfortable. Whoever the manager of this place needs to let that cook go! This is a family restaurant as a family man I don't want my wife and kids to see and hear such bad behavior coming from the kitchen. Again not the first or second time. Please some one do something I'll be reaching out to corporate next!
