Long time customer over 20 yrs I last week I complained to a lady manager about a cook who is rude and walks around with his pants half off that we can see his underwear! I know his name now is Gus, a day ago he had some sort of meltdown we heard him in dining area being rude to a waiter it made me and my family uncomfortable. Jim’s Restaurant never disappoints. The food has always been fresh, flavorful, and made with care. One of the things that keeps me coming back is the warm, attentive service — the staff treat you like family and always make sure you’re taken care of. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you can count on Jim’s for a consistently great experience.
Food was very good. Service outstanding and atmosphere what you expect it to be for a local eatery. Stopped in on our way back from New Mexico on the was back to San Antonio. Club sandwich very good.
