Food was delicious. Service was terrible. Waitress kept passing me over when taking my order. She slammed my plates down upon serving. She also added her own tip to my total before cashing me out. To face evil with kindness, I tipped more. The Devil was speechless.

Also, the restaurant needs updating. It is showing its age and is no longer a quaint diner feel, but one of neglect.

Cinthia at the I-10 & Huebner Jim’s is the best best server. We have never been disappointed. She is friendly and very professional.

Jim's has been around a long time and so have I. I love their breakfast and, of course, their hot fudge sundays. I have never had bad food at Jim's. The service at this restaurant has improved and is back to normal. I am very happy to see it return. I quit going here for about a year due to the service. I am now happy to recommend this Jim's again and will be back.

Went there with my family while on vacation in SAT at around 10:15 pm one evening and we were turned away by staff because they were supposedly closing down. Google maps said it closed at 11 pm that night, so we were there sufficiently early to order food. Also, I thought this place was open 24 hours? Anyhow, I felt discriminated against, so we vowed not to visit this location ever again.

I have been coming here for years. Food is consistently good. Jessica, with the pink hair, was AMAZING today. Will be back sooner rather than later.

Went for breakfast (eggs, bacon, fruit, and toast), friendly staff, busy for a Wednesday morning.

Visited this Jim’s Restaurant on a Friday evening in July around 8pm. Not many people there, but they did seem to get a lot of take out orders. Waitress was very polite and knowledgeable. Food came out fast and was hot and fresh. Prices were about average for a sit down restaurant. Overall a good experience and definitely recommend.
