Woman named Tonya brought the wrong food then brought the right food late and cold and refused a remake because she was “too busy for that”. Won’t be returning and I hope she won’t either.

It was great food had the burger and fries and pan cakes no complaints. Was however upset oreo heaven was not available, that was my main reason for choosing Jim's on my birthday.highly disappointed in that. Prices very reasonable and my waiter was the best and very helpful. Place needs to be cleaned a little bit. Ceilings need major cleaning . That is only reason I didn't give 5 stars.
Parking: Construction going on around entrance so be careful.
Jim’s is always good. They are a perennial favorite of mine. Good food and good service at affordable prices. Great atmosphere and selection of food also. It has a nice cozy atmosphere and people can always have get togethers here easily.

A/C broken, nasty bathroom, dirty walls old smelly carpet. Just close it down or sell it. It's obvious the owners can't afford the upkeep and scraping the barrel bottom for the last dollar.
Always able to get a good home cooked meal here. Jim's is a staple in San Antonio. Go with the specials and I always love their liver and onions.
