Jim’s is an old timey diner with a good menu and good comfort food. If you’re in a nit picky mood and seeking a white table cloth 5 star experience, go elsewhere. If you’re looking for a tried and true tasty meal that doesn’t cost a fortune then give Jim’s a try. I’m glad it’s near my home and I’d miss it if it was gone.

This restaurant was rude and ugly to me. I ordered pick up mind you. I just had a surgery on my neck. I can hardly walk. I called curbside when I got there. One of the ladies picked up the phone and said oh we don’t walk outside and hung up in my face. I called back and I said I speak to the manager and left me on hold for a good 10 minutes. We just had Jim's via doordash. Been in SA for 13 years and have visited Jim's many times. Today was nasty!! Mac and cheese overcooked, white gravy was like milk, tortilla soup was the worst we have ever had! I think they were too lazy to make more so they just added water. Mashed potatoes , I can't even explain. If I wasn't working I would drive over there and ask them what all this is!
