First time going, drive thru. chicken had slightly less crunch, but was really juicy. Biscuits were alright, if not simple, and the gravy was great.

Food was great but they forgot my dessert which was the best part of the meal. Don't recommend coming on the weekend as it gets full really fast and there is not enough seating.

Be prepared to wait for 10-15mins just for their chicken and burger. Always check your order because they give us the wrong order almost everytime we go there

Spicy chicken 🍗 is spicy, more than Popeyes and Church's Chicken combined. Mango pie 🥧 good. Regular chicken just like American competitors, but pricey 💱💲

Went it at 10:20pm drive thru and dine in were closed. Why are they starting to close at a different time than what’s being shown!!!!

The chicken didn't taste like it's from jollibee. We didn't even finish our food. It tasted very different from the chicago and new york branch. Also palabok was very dry

Love Jollibee like always. I just Wish we had one closer to Austi, but better than going to Houston when it comes to distance lol. Just wish this place has Halo Halo.

I aways loved Jollibee, and I noticed theres a lot of crew working inside now, but food service take longer and poorer. 30mins passed and we still havent got our food, until my husband went to check and he said our food was just there all along on the counter but then they didnt ring our beeper. My husband just doubled checked by himself,it if it is our number and our order. We got our cold food 30mins later, by ourselves, since they didnt bother notifying us with the beeper they gave, and the person who took our order Jazalee and was there also preparing orders was just looking at us, while we were waiting, didnt bother to atleast follow up on us on why we are not getting our order since its on their counter all along, and costumers need to do the follow up now.

DONT LISTEN TO THOSE 1 STAR REVIEWS IT IS LIFE CHANGING SO GOOD BETTER THAN KFC!!! went there for katseye special, the sauce was sweet and perfectly spicy. the original chicken was AMAZING and the gravy is really good too.
