Prices are pretty expensive compare to other competitors but the spicy fried chicken and spicy sandwich is one of their best.
Update January 2025
Most of the time I come here the gravy is halfway full, so last time I told them to fill it up which they did. Now they are telling me that it comes the way it is (halfway full), why even have a big container if it is halfway filled? Especially for the price of $40+ for a 6 pcs. Not coming back here again.

Don't come here if you're hungry... I spend 12.99 on a tenders meal only to get 3 of the smallest tenders I've seen. It came out to about 4.5 ounces of meat. The taste was good and the service was okay. For premium pricing like this, i expect better. Also, they upcharged me for a pineapple juice on my meal despite getting a mountain dew.

Went with a friend for a early dinner. The service was fine. And the interior looked clean. We received our food. I ordered the two piece spicy chicken with a side of fries and a biscuit and a Ube pie. The chicken was very greasy and the oil it was fried in had a strong taste like the oil was old. The biscuit was hard and dry with no flavor. The french fries were cold. Over all I was not impressed by the flavor or quality of the food. I would not return or recommend to others.

Never been there . My son and I drove from Stone Oak to this location. The lady who took out order was very nice and I told her that this was our first time there. I ordered >>>12 PIECES <<< bucket . She gave us a beeper to let us know when our order was ready. Seems a little gloomy and under lit the dinning area. The tables were dirty. Not like stains or anything like that but it was a mess. My son and I sat and waited and our order was within less than 5 minutes our food was ready. We were so excited. We haven’t eaten Jollibee chicken for many years and we couldn’t wait to get home. It was getting dark and it took me 30 mins because I don’t really know the road. We were SOOOO excited, and then we opened the box and there was only 10 PIECES instead of 12.. I mean it sounds petty but it was a long way there and the order was not complicated. It was just straight chicken. Nothing else. But the chicken was good but disappointed that they got a very simple order wrong. It wasn’t busy also. It was just a young girl before me and me after. I hate giving bad reviews. I mean I wouldn’t do it if my order was crazy but it was just chicken..lol But like I said the chicken was great and the gravy. My son and I enjoyed it.

Our first time we had to wait a bit to find a table, the food came out fast and fresh. The rice was bland and the spaghetti was sweet, fried chicken crispy and perfect amount of spice.

The spicy chicken sandwich is not as good as I had hoped. The chicken itself was good, but they barely put any sauce on the sandwich. So it was rather dry. I understand that the staff is short and overworked so I'm not going to kill them too much on this review. I just wish they would have made my sandwich with the same care that they would make for themselves.
The chicken was delicious.
Kid-friendliness: There were many families there as it was a school holiday. Plenty of large tables to accommodate them.
