The food was so good, I did not want to write a good review and have more people waiting in front of me :) The greens, were the best i had in the city. Pork chop and smoky Meatloaf were spot on delicious.

Jazzy feel to it with a great menu. The weekend offers Chicago 2- step dance during the afternoon and Sunday afternoon soft jazz and R & B being played by a DJ. Food is always piping hot and enjoyable. Staff very friendly and attentive.

I took my fiance here for his birthday and he absolutely loved it. He is still taking about it. We had a chance to meet the owners. Lovely people. This is now going to be our date night spot.
We wanted something hearty to eat so we stopped in after church. The food was amazing, I had the chicken fried chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, cornbread,and mac & cheese . I definitely recommend you stop in ,the service was great,we will definitely be returning.

The food was great! Everything was warm and the owner was welcoming and inviting. The only cons are: Some items on the menu were sold out for the day and no one came to refill drinks and they only came to our table once to check on us. However I do recommend this place as the food was great and so was the atmosphere. I would visit again!

Amazing freshly made food. They deliver the food as it's made and not wait until it's all done. So to get your plates HOT... prefect amount of seasoning on each item. We had a big party and ordered a lot of items from the menu. Everything was perfect! ... since others have complained. Understand that freshly made food takes some time. This is NOT fast food. Give the cooks some time, it's worth it!! Staff was friendly. My husband is in a wheelchair and the establishments IS wheel chair accessible. They had to open the double door for his chair to fit through, they were friendly and helped him in. We'll definitely be back many times over the next year while my husband is living here while recovering from an injury!
