My husband went in and ordered specific tacos in Spanish, their native tongue and the whole order was wrong. Then the lady wants to argue and say I took your order and know what you said. Really lady, what happened to customer service? And then you call to talk to a manager and no one is in charge. Specifically asked for a bean taco no cheese and what do we get ... bean & cheese. Order pork chop with bean and get tacos of a slab or pork chop no bean. Very disappointed and really felt sorry for the sob story we saw on TV. All in all food is good but they really need to go back to customer service 101.
