Juice Joint is my go-to spot for açai bowls and protein shakes. They offer a great variety of options at very reasonable prices. The owner is wonderful—she has such a positive and welcoming energy—and the entire team provides exceptional customer service. The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere is clean, inviting, and uplifting. I highly recommend Juice Joint to anyone looking for quality, freshness, and great service.

I tried Juice Joint recently, as my boyfriend & I were in the area and were looking to get a smoothie. Generally speaking, the place is great! The space is clean & well-kept, and the staff are very kind and helpful! In terms of the smoothies, I do feel that I've had better at other places (e.g. Playa Bowl). We felt that our drinks (the Green Alert and The Boost) were a bit on the thinner side in terms of consistency. We asked for oat milk as the base for both of our drinks, so maybe this was the problem? Overall, we had a good experience - but, I'm not sure we'll be back to have their smoothies again in the future.

The girl working the counter dropped an empty cup on the ground, wiped it with a dirty rag, then proceeded to pour my smoothie into that cup and hand it to me. It was disgusting. I asked for a new one and she said “well you don’t put your mouth on the cup”. Then took a new cup and poured the contents of the dirty smoothie cup into the new cup, instead of making a new smoothie. Honestly disgusted, just took the smoothie and threw it away as soon as I was outside. It wasn’t worth the hassle. I encourage everyone to avoid this place. Do not go here. Employee does not understand basic hygiene.

Parking can be an issue... The smoothies are always a welcomed treat. Today's was a bit sour, still worth the trip, though. Staff is friendly.

This place was cute and comfy but the menu has no nutritional information and the employee was not very helpful. I told her I wanted something with fewr calories and higher protein and she said she could add protein to whatever. I ended up ordering a Tropic Smoothie plus protein. It was yummy. But was it lower cal than other options? Who knows?
I came in 20 minutes before they close and the attendant was mopping the floors, she decided to finish moping the floor from the whole store before getting my order

Restaurantji Recommends
It's not bad but certainly WAY over priced. The drinks are supposed to be bouji but are rather lackluster. I'll stick to Smoothie King.

Ordered a Rise & Grind. Unfortunately I took it to go & didn’t try it until I was on the road. The banana tasted awful. I’m thinking the banana was completely spoiled. It had an overpowering rotten, bitter & gross after taste. It had a really strange texture and smell.

Literally the best smoothie bowl place in san antonio - the staff are super friendly and helpful , the menu is vast with plenty of options , and the prices and serving sizes are amazing !! Not to mention it's right across the street from SAC so it's super convenient for students. I love this place!!
