The food is good. However, the selection is small, so check the menu before you go. The hatch and cheese brat was really good. And the pretzel is a must. The staff is friendly.

From the many times I've been here I've yet to leave a review. I miss how this place was when it started. Better service. Nothing on the servers fault, more so operations. Very awkward having to go to the bar to order when the person sitting next to be is getting table service- and I'm assuming it's tip pool so that's more of a frustration to me. Also with the menu, not being able to sub fries for just plain ol salad or coleslaw or soup is wild. The beers are what keep me here.

After not getting into 2 different German beer gardens due to private parties, we ended up at Kunstler. Only reason it is not a 5 star, is they didn't have a German style beer. We all had the porter, it was excellent but not a dunkel. The food blew us away. German Brat in A pretzel roll, spatzel, and wienershnitzel (sorry for spelling) were amazing. The pork chop pie? Holly crap. That was a masterpiece. Topped off with an indulgent chocolate moose. We will be back.

We had the pretzel, which was burnt. The whole place smelled of overcooked food. If they had an oven hood, it was inefficient. We were caught off guard with the very rude server asking us to leave 5 minutes before closing. No way did we expect a brewery to close at 10pm on a Saturday. About half of the beer on the menu was not available on their inept website/menu. This was a terrible experience and would not recommend a visit.

Ryan was the server that told us we had to leave because they were closing in 5 minutes. Had we known they close at 10pm and it wasn't so rudely stated, it would have been no big deal. It just came across as crude and non-customer service friendly.

First time here. Staff was friendly and service didn’t take too long. Since I don’t drink, the food was the main focus.

We had the pretzel, charcuterie, schnitzel , truffle fries. Cheese Spätzle and Currywurst.

The schnitzel was good but for the price there should have been a side included. The truffle fries were soggy, didn’t taste like truffle at all and the cheese wasn’t flavorful, the Mayo was the best part of the dish ….For 16 dollars I expected flavour.

The charcuterie consisted of a few slices of Salami , Summer sausage , rendered pork, 1 fig , two apricots, a pickle spear and some bread ( which was warm ) , there was no cheese at all.

The Spätzle were over cooked thus lost their shape and tasted mostly like the roux they were made from and was lacking cheese flavor for a Mac and cheese dish. I give probs for being able to taste the roux base and butter.

The Currywurst was dried out into crisps from being cut so thin and fried, the sauce was good though. I would have appreciated a traditional curry wurst.

The pretzel was the best I’ve had in a while.

I mean I didn’t have a bad time but I don’t think I’d go again, the Preis Leistungs Verhältnis in the dishes we ordered just wasn’t there.

Delicious beers and nice selections for flights. Highly recommend the pretzel with beer cheese. Softest pretzel. The fried goat cheese balls with pistachio dressing is the bomb. Yummy desserts too!
