ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS ? I would have posted pics, but I gobbled it down so quickly. Literally the best lumpia, pancit, and adobo. Great customer service. My husband said he hasn't had lumping like that since he left the Philippines, and everything was great! We will definitely be back. I suggest coming around 1:30 to beat the lunch crowd.

Always have great experiences coming to Kabayan. It’s my family favorite. They have good space for a large party you just need to call ahead. The staff is very friendly and professional and will accommodate reasonable requests. Let’s talk about food.My favorites are the type of pancit they have, crispy pata is good, Lumpias are good as well. If you’re adventurous I would order the ube cassava cake. It’s made out of cassava mused with ube mixture with coconut topics that melts in your mouth. This is my go to Filipino restaurant in San Antonio bec of the quality and the price is very reasonable. They’re not cheap but not expensive. The serving is good size enough as a shareable item. I would say an average of $20/ person but you got extra food to go as well. Try them and let me know what you think!Parking: It’s In a strip mall so parking is plenty!

So the first thing I noticed was how clean this place was, it was so fresh and spotless. The water was very pure and fresh and had a lemon essence to it, and even their unsweetened tea had an infusion to it which was really nice! And god the food was absolutely delicious, the chicken was very tender and the broth being very flavorful. The server was very nice and attentive, so even with the service alone I see this place being a regular spot for me. 10/10

One of my absolute favorite places to eat in San Antonio! My team and I go once a week for the lunch specials and I had dinner there for the first time last week. The staff is so friendly! They occasionally provide off menu items to try. It's been amazing every time I go. The Lumpia and other food always comes out hot and cooked to perfection!

We've only been to @kabayankusina.satx once before and had the best Crispy Pork Belly Roll. We headed there for dinner tonight.Sheryl greeted us, remembering our last visit. She told us that they have Laing (taro leaves cooked in coconut milk). It's a dish that Dad misses from his Bicol/Naga area in the Philippines. Boy, was Dad happy! We had the Lumpia Shanghai, Sizzling Sisig, and Lechon Kawali (they ran out of the Crispy pork belly roll because of their segment on SA Live). Our tummies were so full and happy. We had plenty of leftover for another meal. Dad and I had the Sago Gulaman to drink. He enjoyed so much that we ordered one to go. Rica served us most of the time and did a good job.Come and check them out!

Great service and food. The menu is not overwhelming like others. I tried the Laing and the beefsteak and it was superb. My wife and I really enjoyed our meal.

5 star would not be enough to give credit to this restaurant. The food was super delicious, very well presented and the service is fast. They have very good ambiance for eating. The owners are very personable. Would go there everyday if I can afford.

The best here was their Ube dessert!!!! It had Ube ice cream, brownie, these jelly candies, red and white bean paste, and it was so yummy!! We actually shared it, and we think it was a perfect amount after we had eaten dinner!!! The Pork and Shrimp Egg Pancit was very good, but their Adobe Chicken was much better. I honestly think I would have loved their Veggie Pancit better because I’ve had that elsewhere, and it never disappoints. I loved trying a Philippine restaurant and will try it again soon. Go there and try their desserts. The prices are a little expensive, but it seems it’s happening everywhere nowadays, and this place is no exception. Still, it’s homemade food and being pricey makes it worth it when you try their food. They have good seasoning, and you will not be disappointed. But, I’m just saying, so you’re ready to pay 15.99 dollars for a plate that may not leave you full. It’s a great cultural experience, and you should try it.

Randomly found this place and so glad I did! The food here reminded me of authentic home cooking. Made me happy that nothing I ordered tasted like it was previously frozen. Service was friendly and attentive. Portion sizes are served family-style so come hungry and with family and friends!!
