Very good. Beef kabob was cooked all the way through, rice was lightly buttered, kebab veggies were lightly blackened and piping hot. Def coming back.
I'd like this place the gentleman who worked that night were very friendly and really should have more customers they deserve more customers. But if you're looking for a gyro just know that the lettuce is a marinated lettuce so it is slightly different than you would be used to. The only reason why it's getting four and not five stars is because my husband did not like the lettuce but I like the lettuce.
Waiter was super kind! Food was AMAZING and so filling. You get a large portion of food, and leave full and satisfied. It's in no way greasy! Definitely coming back soon! :)
I don't give a lot of 5 stars butAMAZING!!!We were a little apprehensive about going. I am glad we did. The lamb Karahi was amazing. Tender with just the right amount of fat. Not too spicy, but it was spicy. The bread was huge, and perfect. The adana kabob. "I think that's what it was called" was good. At first it tasted like a regular kabob, but then a spicy flavor kicked in.The Afghanistan tea was okay. I liked how they brought it out.I am pretty picky. But We will be back, that should say it all.
We had an amazing and delicious lunch at Kabob Land Grill on Sunday 2/27/22.I highly recommend this restaurant. Very clean and friendly, with the best kabobs and tikka you’ll ever have.Stop by for lunch or dinner, or just for some delicious tea and bread. The owner is very people friendly, and you’ll come back just to chat with him!!!
We ordered Iraqi lamb kebab. We received half chicken and half lamb! Also, the kebab you guys are making, is not Iraqi in any means. So please stop promoting that the kebab is Iraqi. The previous owner was very transparent and the food was so delicious and the prices were affordable (it used to be 5$ for one skew now it is 10$!!!)2 stars for the bread only. We had a party and it was so embarrassing how the kebab tasted to our house invitees.
My first time coming there made me to come everyday. For the first time I see a Restaurant providing the best Afghan food in Texas. I would recommend everyone to visit it; I am sure you will need to come everyday after the first visit. It is extraordinarily satisfying.
The Kabob Land resturant have good food and Afghani hospitality. We were greeted very warmly by the staff the moment we stepped in and were taken care of quite well. Ordered chapli kabab (best I have had in US, and I have traveled a LOT!), chicken karahi, and Kabuli pulao. Green tea was also good. Overall, this was a great experience. Highly recommend this place to everyone looking for quality food in San Antonio Would love to come again! Moreover, staff is extremely professional, courteous, and friendly

So hubby and I ordered this off door dash. This was my first time trying Middle Eastern food. I was so impressed! I ordered the chicken kabob with rice and loved it. Not sure whay kind of sauce came with it, but that sauce was everything. Looking foward to trying more dishes from here!
The owners are such lovely people! Their food was delicious! We can't wait to go again!
we were so happy to find this cozy little restaurant reopened and under new ownership! The menu is expanded, the food is amazing, we are made to feel "at home" every time we go. And the Iraqi tea is amazing!!!
