I ordered beef ramen and sushi last night. It was not Asian nor cuisine. The egg for the ramen was already completely hard boiled and the bowl looked disappointing. The rice for the sushi wasn't the highest quality I've had. If you don't know much about ramen or sushi then it would be good but if you are an experienced foodie and have had really good food both presentation, authenticity and flavor then this isn't the spot. The green tea was served in hard plastic pot and cups that weren't washed properly and had a left over food taste and residue. The outside is also not kept up super well which also gave me another warning that this might not be a top notch place. For a little bit more or the same price I could have gone to a much nicer restaurant with better ambiance, food, presentation. The server was a nice guy tho. Was not rude at all and gave good service.

the food was fresh & delicious, you can really tell the cooks & sushi chefs know what they're doing. sushi & nigiri was so good but the surprising star of the bento box was the tempura shrimp & vegetables. they give you a good portion & the batter is so light & airy, it retains that crispness so well & is not soggy at all. I highly recommend it. the only thing i wouldn't get again is the hot tea, it was fine. the bento boxes are also a really great deal because of the portion size as well as the variety you get. everything we ordered, including the norteño roll, was shareable & if you ordered 2-3 entrées its enough food for 4-5 people easily. there was only 2 of us & we had 2 full boxes of leftovers. the place is a little older & it can use some updates (especially the restroom& serving plates/bowls/cups) but it was still a clean cozy space. i cant wait to go back & try different rolls & the sake.
My Mongolian beef was a bit tough. The other dishes our group had were fresh and tasty. (just had to sample them) The price was less than I expected.

The sushi here is A1! There is a diverse variety of rolls available and other options on the menu like chicken and beef platters, service was normal and the restaurant was clean.

Food was amazing. The price is slightly higher then expected till you see you rolls. The rolls are bigger then other sushi restaurants. The flavor top notch. My son got the Orange chicken and the pieces were huge. It was my wife's birthday and she had a glass of the Sangria it was tasty. Our server took great care of us. The place was cozy. I can't wait to come back and try more sushi and maybe some ramen. This was a great birthday spot I can't wait to try more of the delicious food.

Second time then mess up "to go" orders. The restaurant is great when you're dining there, but if you order to go or via Uber eats just know that the quality of food will not be the same. I ordered a shrimp tempura roll with mango, and there was only shrimp on the ends. There was absolutely no shrimp throughout the center of the role. It was simply rice, avocado, and cream cheese. We are an avid sushi eating family and this is definitely subpar. The egg rolls and tempura were nothing but grease. The Gyoza were cold and greasy (not sure how that's possible). The poke salad was just okay. We had to request a yellow tail roll, like not on the menu as a standard roll. Atmosphere was questionable, but the service was outstanding.

Checked this place out as a friend recommended it. Stupid happy I did. Went for a late lunch and after 10 minutes the place got packed.My server Taylor was super personal and amazing. Helped me find a fresh plate that she recommended and paired it with a touched up ponzu sauce. Damn it was great.Lots of options for fresh sushi ? or even options like Chinese food, and bento boxes ?. Any age can find something to eat. Will keep coming

I LOVE Kai Sushi! It's my FAVORITE ramen place ever! I used to live right next to it, but I moved further away, so now I can't go to it as often, but it makes it an even more special treat! It honestly set my expectations for ramen places a bit too high.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp going up to the entrance, and it seems pretty easy to get through with a wheelchair.
