The food was manageable but not great. The fried rice was overly salty and the chicken was hard. But the restaurant place is run down with stains and crumbs on the tables and chairs. Definitely need some TLC.

I don't understand why this place has 4.1 stars when everything about it was not worth a star at all. My friend and I decided to get dinner here and immediately regretted it after taking the first bite. We came into a deserted restaurant assuming that it was just because it was late (~ 8 PM). We saw a man sitting down watching TV and he turned out to work there. Anyways, we decided to both get the same dish (pad Thai beef), apparently the "best in town". It in fact, was the opposite of that. The presentation looked amazing, hence the picture. My friend first tried the beef and was having a difficult time swallowing it. He said that it was similar to the consistency of beef jerky. I didn't believe him until I tried to chew it and was scared I would get lock jaw. The noodles were drowning in sauce that was inedible. I didn't realize I was consuming spaghetti and not pad Thai. It was hands down the worst pad Thai I've had in my life. I also ordered a Thai tea (not pictured) and it was just watery, bland, and I might as well have drank a cup of sugar. No clue if the cook knew how to actually make these dishes or if this was the first time they did, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone - let alone my worse enemy. The final cost was almost $40 and my friend felt bad that I barely touched my plate that he volunteered to pay for the meals. The only reason he finished his plate excluding all the pieces of beef was because he was famished. I don't even think if I was inebriated that I would choose this place, so fair warning before you think of trying it.

I ordered chicken ? & shrimp ? pad Thai on 8/22/24. It came with only 4 dry shrimp. The chicken was so hard I couldn’t even bite through it. The flavor was good, but the chicken meat was small, old, dry, & rough. The Thai tea ? was super sweet, too sweet, I had to water it down. It didn’t taste like the usual Thai Tea. They get one star for the flavor & another star for the large portion

The food was phenomenal! Oh goodness two thumbs up ?? I ordered Orange Chicken Plate and it came with a big portion of the entree and beef fries rice (which by the way was absolutely delicious). Although the inside could use some color, it was peaceful. The owner I think, was also the cook and the waiter. He worked alone which made the food take a little while as it was fresh. And I will say it is absolutely worth the wait. The "hole in the wall" is definitely a gem in the West Side of SA!? Top of the line taste and it's too bad people don't know about it. Definitely going again.
My bf and I like to drive around and support small businesses. We pick random spots to eat and this one made the soul happy?
Food was DELICIOUS! ?

The sushi was not great. Took long to prepare and it tasted like what I imagine those gas station sushi rolls would taste like… I’m not usually one to complain, but my boyfriend and I just couldn’t get through them and unfortunately it was a $60 order though Uber Eats… The size of a roll, though, is HUGE. So I won’t completely knock them because I can’t complain of an empty stomach. But … eh… will not be ordering from here again and would not recommend.

Food looked expired, taste was Horrible.
Customers Service was terrible. The Indian person working there was extremely rude, and disrespectful. The place looked really nasty. I don’t have enough words to say, it was a very bad experience. Don’t come here.

First the food was very delicious. We passed no less than 6 Mexican restaurants and finally saw this Asian restaurant. We were the only ones in the restaurant the whole time we were there. It was not cool in the restaurant except where they were cooking. We sat down, Waiter came out and took our order, for two dinners and waters. We where hot and tired. So l asked for icy water. He thought l wanted bottled water, and l said no ice water. He went back and cooked our food. He than served our food. I asked again about water as we were never served any and sat there a long time. He brought some out, room temperature at best.
Went up to the cooler and was going to get some bottled water, but it was not very cold, just chilled.Went up to where the kitchen was and asked for some ice for the water. He brought 1 cup with some ice in it. We added that to our warm water and it was gone. He never returned. I went in the restroom to fill out glasses with water again. There was a door open leading into the cool kitchen. I called in to him,but was not noticed. I left no tip,as l felt we got NO service. I am usually a bigger tipper, but l was still hot and thirsty. The food was great, but will most likely not return.l like to eat in a cool restaurant and be served ice water on hot days after a long outdoor market shopping trip.
