So thanks to Sandra who took my order today i was not only charged $1 for a coupon book donation i declined but i also wasnt even given the coupons! If your gonna charge me for something at least put it in the bag. As well as the upsizing my drinks when i clearly daid no to a large! This is just poor customer service and stealing of my money on the cool. Do better KFC because the food is goid its just the people they train for the job! Btw....i looked at my receipt after the fact. Now i know to hold up the line n cheack my order and receipt because i cant trust KFC to do better with the people they hire! Once again her name was Sandra and i have a receipt to prove it!

Pulled up at the drive thru to place an order for a family meal. She took the order and when I pulled up to the window I was told that it was going to be a 30 minute wait for chicken. I was asked if I was going to wait and when I said yes the girls eyes bugged out. I asked why 30 minutes it doesn’t take that long to fry chicken. She said they are waiting for the fryer to heat up. I said heat up that means that it was off. Why would a fried Chicken restaurant turn off their fryers. She said ma’am I’m just getting here and that’s what they are telling me. They were polishing the fryers. Something is not right about this location and it needs to be looked into internally.
Called to speak to manager she hung the phone up.Called again someone playing on phone saying little Caesars Pizza.Complain the chicken was to tough and dry.Will not go there period.

When ordered they door dash today 3/20/25 I wasn’t expecting the small fries to be really small (barely any) and the 3 tenders looks more like 2. I’m just honestly disappointed in the service that was provided. Some people dont even get to eat lunch at work and this was what I had received. Kudos to getting the drink, sauces and sides correctly. I know yall can do better than this.

This is the 2nd time eating chicken from this restaurant and getting food poisoning me and my wife are sick if the chicken is not good anymore throw it away but no they cook it more so it can taste like it was burned no good
