Friendly staff always had a good experience here, even if they were out of an item they make it balance out. Drive thru most of the time so don’t have the dining area experience.

I had been lied to yesterday by an employee. I had a 16 piece tender meal with sides of two Mash potatoes, two Mac and cheese, and 2 large gravy. Everything was there except the gravy, so I gave them a call. I wanted a refund for the gravy and an employee (I’ll keep them anonymous) who answered told me that I could get a refund of 10 dollars. Today I went to this location and they told me that I couldn’t, so I explained what that employee said to me over the phone. They were very nice and gave me a side instead!I do understand that they’re doing their job, but I can’t stand liars. I don’t blame the ladies who where there when I was talking to them, they’re doing their job. I will say that the food was great overall

The 20 dollar order is a joke the chicken is not KFC as we knew almost no flavor they forgot a side and the sides were small and I looked up the special to see what size sides it comes with and it doesn't specify just says 4 sides.Save ur

Buyer beware, the 20 dollar 6 piece meal had sides for an individual kid. Too small even for one person. The pieces of chicken were small, not like they use to be. Guess the bad economy hit this restaurant chain, who adjusted by serving everything on menu into reducing the size and portions of the food. Time to go somewhere else. No more KFC. Would not recommend.

I haven't been to a KFC in over 10 years, since I last worked there. I got 3 meals and 5 legs. fast service and food was good. they had no pot.pies, no sandwiches, and they couldn't give me a 3rd thigh for my 3 piece dark I got. I spent 57 bucks on this food. for sure one of the more expensive chains. I won't come back only because it cost so much ?. that's just me tho.
Why are they even open? Close this establishment down already. They always have an excuse to be closed. Today it’s closed for cleaning.
