Diana is one of the rudest people you could have ever put in position to service people. She is rude and poor Mykah is doing the very best she can to apologize for Diana's behavior. I ordered a 3 piece an got a two piece. I went back for my money an she refused to give it to me . Was very rude to me in front of customers. She has a authority issue. She didn't have chicken cooked an got upset at me cause they told me 15 mins an she extended it to 30. So I asked for sum water she ran to the front to tell Mykah to charge me . Which was fine I wasn't asking for anything free .When I tried to pay she closed the window and said she wasn't gone service me. I went inside and asked for my money back when I seen i had been charge for a 3 piece an got 2 piece dark. She started being embarrassing admediately like I was barred from KFC. I asked for my money back and was denied. She does not . An I repeat does not need to be in leadership. She is a micro manager an she was creating a very negative work environment for the cook an Mykah the cashier. However Mykah was very apologetic and DIANA is absolutely the worst and rude. I will be returning in morning to get my breast i paid for an speak to the manager regarding her behavior. Its no way yall let her run this place. She is terrible an even more nerve wrecking to her coworkers. She really actually was upset because I was willing to wait on them to cook chicken . She is to rude

Will never go here again!! This was the nastiest, greasiest chicken we've ever had! We ordered a family meal, then placed a separate order for French fries. We were asked to pull up and wait, which we did. After what seemed like 20 minutes, they brought out our order, which was not correct. We were given Mac and cheese instead of the fries we paid for. We told them to fix the order. They did but we waited almost for fries. Seriously!!?? Never again!!

Terrible service at this one on Blanco Rd. The employees aren't trained to serve what customers want. If you ask for fresh chicken, they don't want to do it. They just want to give you what they want, and they'd rather not sell to you than not do the job the customer is paying for.

Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and was so very disappointed. You show this big beautiful hunk of fried chicken in your advertisements but in reality, the chicken looks like one of those Hill Country Fair breaded chicken patties you pick up in the frozen section at HEB. Horrible! Never again! Shame on you KFC!

And to the manager at this store, don't chew out your employees right in front of customers. I felt so sorry for that female employee. She looked terrified of you. Not very good management skills. KFC needs to look into this.

Pulled up through drive thru and got the most nicest, polite service from Paully, at least that’s what my receipt says. It’s nice to see that there are still very few fast food workers who do have respect. The food was nice & hot also so that is a big plus! I will be visiting again.

So I ordered a half and half tea. Was told they only have sweet tea. So I asked do you always only have sweet tea? Answer we have one or the other. I should have known then, this was not the best place to go get food.
Chicken was probably 2-3 hours old. So why are restaurant chains closing down 🤷🏻‍♂️

Stopped by KFC on Mother’s Day, and I’m glad I did. Having lost my mother a few years ago, I wasn’t in the best of spirits. But my experience at KFC gave me a brief and much-needed lift. I used the drive-thru, and the first thing I noticed was the courtesy and professionalism of the person taking my order, James. When I pulled up to pay, James not only provided prompt service, but also took a moment to humanize the interaction by complimenting my Leonardo Da Vinci rash guard, which really made my day since I designed it myself. It’s amazing how just a few kind words can brighten someone’s moment, especially these days when such gestures are rare. If you visit this KFC and are served by James, I encourage you to acknowledge him. He’s a great example that fast food can be fast and still friendly.

Bad, bad, bad. I pull up in the drive-thru, looking for two chicken pot pies. I'm told to they have no chicken pot pies. The order wasn't for me, cuz I pulled away to go make a phone call and find out what else they might want. Go back to the drive-thru, order me a two-piece mix, a leg and a breast, and I'm told they have no white chicken. So I asked the gentleman, isn't this a chicken place? Now I have eaten at KFC before, hell I even used to work there at one point, and always felt that KFC's chicken was the best. The pieces are maybe smaller than other places, but they're KFC special mix that they put on the breading is just great. It's somewhat breaks my heart because having work there I had found a new respect for KFC. But this incident made me wonder, how do you not have a main product available that you sell each and every day. Chicken pot pies I understand, but just chicken? That's like going to Joe's Pizza shack and they don't have pizza. Needless to say I wound up at a burger joint and got yelled at for somebody not having the food available.

Absolutely horrible. I order a K three and ask for KFC sauce and barbecue sauce and they can’t even remember that I don’t get my sauce in my bag. This is the fifth time that this has happened.

Worst service, they made me wait 30 min and then gave me a Taco Bell order, the lady that took my order was very rude, I wore in restaurant so I know hoy tired it can be but it’s not a excuse to treat that way your customers

Where's the crunchy chicken? Staff had attitude food was not great either. Only thing that was good was the fries. Drinks were awful, didn't even taste like soda

I recently went to KFC here on Blanco Road , ordered A 4 piece wing meal it was $15. Plus so I thought no that’s too much so the cashier a young man offered me the 3 piece for 10$ I said okay but then I saw a four piece meal for 10.49 I asked to change to that , the manager handling another problem at the counter with incorrect charge given, said to me no problem I can change that for you, so was grateful. I got home ate the leg biscuit and wing, mash potatoes , went to eat the second biscuit and breast and thigh only to find saliva as I picked up the biscuit , I called my neighbor advised her not to eat her meal to ck it first, I waited a day to go back and s/w the mgr explained who I was and what had transpired she was apologetic and offered replacement I declined, just wanted her to s/w her staff about such nasty things and left, Never to go there again.
