It’s probably quicker to go buy the stuff at HEB across the street and make your own than get food from that place. Horrible. Go somewhere else.

Ordered the nostalgia wings from back in the day. Honey bbq. They were dry, not a lick of sauce. The manager whose hygiene is utterly disgusting and disturbing tried to tell me the wings had sauce on them. He told me he could grab Ruben a higher manager to inform me that’s how they come. Ruben also said this is how they supposed to look. He said he’d remake my food I sat there waited just for him to give me new wings completely dry. When I asked where’s the sauce he had a brown bag with 6 sauces for my 20 pc wing that had no sauce. That’s not even the same sauce used for the wings I ordered. I will say Ruben kept his cool but to give me wings worse than the last intentionally no sir won’t be back. That says a lot about who KFC has working for them and their customer service and pettiness. Don’t advertise the wings are back if they indeed are not. Deception is not ok to make money KFC!

This location is absolutely terrible, the employees act like your not even there. You stand in love for 20 minutes to ask about your mobile other that says it's fulfilled it's not. I won't be back. I can only hope this location closes and a decent restaurant comes in.

Best KFC i’ve ever had! It was so good I had to post a review. Chicken was perfectly cooked, biscuits were fluffy, and mac and cheese as well as the mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious.
update: so i came back a second time to make sure it wasn't a fluke, and sure enough the original recipe was made exactly how it's supposed to be made, tender meat and and perfect breading not dried out. the other locations could learn a thing or two from this place. no super fancy lobbies and gimmicks, just chicken. made right.

I was really tired from work and the stress of the day. Feeling down and the kids wanted kfc. So I obviously go to kfc and was greeted by Stephen who had a very unique and happy welcome. He didn't rush me or seem disinterested at all. Which almost every drive thru place I go to I experience this. Not only did he help me decide on an order best for my me and my kids. But he made me laugh. He was just as kind at the windows and attentive to my order. He wished me the best of the rest of my day. Thank you kfc for choosing to put Stephen at the window. He made my evening, not everything was bad about my day. I hope you get recognition you deserve it. I got the fiesta meal. 😁
