update: so i came back a second time to make sure it wasn't a fluke, and sure enough the original recipe was made exactly how it's supposed to be made, tender meat and and perfect breading not dried out. the other locations could learn a thing or two from this place. no super fancy lobbies and gimmicks, just chicken. made right.

I was really tired from work and the stress of the day. Feeling down and the kids wanted kfc. So I obviously go to kfc and was greeted by Stephen who had a very unique and happy welcome. He didn't rush me or seem disinterested at all. Which almost every drive thru place I go to I experience this. Not only did he help me decide on an order best for my me and my kids. But he made me laugh. He was just as kind at the windows and attentive to my order. He wished me the best of the rest of my day. Thank you kfc for choosing to put Stephen at the window. He made my evening, not everything was bad about my day. I hope you get recognition you deserve it. I got the fiesta meal. 😁

The delivery was not the problem. First, the chicken looked like hours old, more like a BBQ color, except for two wings out of a ten piece meal that looked like the original should. Next, the sweet corn did not appear fresh, along with mashed potatoes that did not have the gravy I ordered. I will NOT be ordering again from this location on FM 78.

Staff is great, poorly managed. How many times will this place run out of tea before the manager learns to order the appropriate amount of materials to sell this product that is on your menu. May seem small but it isn't.
If I could give negative stars for this location I would. They are always out of chicken. Not once have I ever been able to order and not wait a minimum of 25 minutes for chicken.

Young staff, very unprofessional and the management does not make sure the staff is friendly towards customers and the dining area is always dirty. I went in one evening to place my order, and the young woman at the register didn't acknowledge me or even greet me, so I turned around and left. This location definitely needs an overhaul with all staff.
