I DON’T KNOW WHATS MORE DISGUSTING THE FOOD OR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! NEVER WILL COME BACK? I placed a pickup order and the food was disgusting, soggy chicken and missing items! The manager told me I needed to go back home and bring the chicken back to them. She wanted to take my number down to remind me to bring it back to them. Told me to put it in the fridge ? I felt so insulted and was extremely livid with the service I received. No sorry, no sympathy, just pure ignorance.

The cashier literally said that there is a churches chicken down the street... told me they have no original and said it as if it's an ordinary thing to say...the manager was attempting to cook chicken and when asked how long on original... she said I just got the fryers up again... never did get that e.t.a. this 1 used to be good... 5 years ago...

This is the third time I've had trouble at this location. I spent waiting 25 minutes for my order because the biscuits had run out,and they told me to wait. Then, when it was ready they gave me double coleslaw for some reason and no biscuit. So I waited for nothing. Another time, the employees were arguing behind the counter about who is supposed to be doing what. So we waited for that to get settled. One employee was eating next to the food prep area with her hands. It seems no management is present after six, so beware.
