Went to drive-thru, ordered 2 meals. When we got up to the window, we were told we'd have to wait 13 minutes for the white meat or get a substitition, so I opted for chicken tenders and she said they'd have to charge me more...it turned out to be 65 cents more. When we got our food, they only had one meal in the bag and the tenders meal was not there. So they made us give them back the part of the order that was correct but when we got the new order, they left off the chicken pieces! Then they gave them to us but forgot the biscuit!!

Asked Counter Person for my drink and they ignored me and walked to the back , wouldn’t recommend . Had to wait for another person to ask me if I needed something and I said yes I asked for my large drink and I got it . Rude staff .

Ordered before 4pm for a 5pm pickup. Get there at 5 and they tell me that they are just waiting on one thing and it will be a 12 minute wait… 20 minutes later I check back in and they say they’re waiting on something completely different. 35 minutes later…finally got my order. They forgot stuff. Half the food was cold the other half was over cooked…..there were two cars there…me and one other. No reason for this ridiculousness.

Wife stopped on way from work ordered the alamo bucket 10 piece all crispy instead was given original. She normally stops on the Kentucky's chicken in hetoles but decided to stop at this store
Was told to wait in a parking spot for 10 minutes for strips to be made. Waited 20 minutes and I called and “the ticket just came up”. There was no cars in line, no one waiting inside. Completely ridiculous.

I ordered my food through the KFC website. When I finally received my order, everything was wrong. I received the incorrect chicken, I didn’t receive my correct sides. I was given 4 random containers of Mac and cheese. My biscuit was literally smashed flat inside the box. The chicken was old, greasy and I was missing my extra biscuit. When I called the store Lionel was absolutely no help. No sort of customer service or empathy. The only response I got was, “Ok” “Call customer service for a refund”. In a monotone voice. I will not recommend this location or ever return.

We have gone here rather than a KFC less than 1 mile away. Well, not anymore!!!! We ordered a KFC bowl, a chicken tenders meal, 2 taste of KFC deals and 1 original recipe thigh (reward). The bowl.was ok. The 2 taste of KFC specials were way overcooked almost to the point of burnt. The extra thigh (reward) wasn't in the order. And the chicken tender meal, well, I am including a picture of that if I can get it to upload. Yes, it's before she ate any of it.
