Thank goodness. I checked my food because they didn't even add stuff to my order. When I order online always make sure you check your food and the quality of the food is bad. I know this is supposed to be fast food, but why is the gravy water?

I made a mobile order and it said food will be ready in ten minutes and when I got there it said I can pick up at the spot where the pick up orders go. And there was nothing there I waited another 15 minutes for a worker to ask what the name was and she said then she said they didn’t have some of my order because it was frozen so they substituted my tenders for chicken then I ended up waiting another 20 minutes for my food. I will never come here again workers don’t acknowledge customers they won’t help any one they all just want to be in the back. I advise anyone who wants chicken go somewhere else. This is the worst KFC I have ever been to.

Ordering chicken from KFC is a crapshoot
Some days it's the best chicken I ever had in my life, but other days it's pretty bad and almost uneatable!
KFC is so inconsistent. You can tell how old the shortening is by how dark and greasy your chicken order is.

It was so much better 50 years ago when I used to cook it in the pressure cookers and everything was done by hand.
Same thing happens with their sides. Sometimes the coleslaw is creamy and very delicious and other times it's all dried out!
Some days the mashed potatoes are fluffy and almost as good as homemade and other days they put in too much water in the instant potato mixture which makes them runny or not enough water which makes them dry. The gravy however is pretty consistent but not nearly as tasty as it was years ago when they put cracklins in it.
If I get there right after they open in the morning, everything is really fresh but any other time of day I never know what the heck I'm going to get.

Paid 40$ for 8 piece meal. Picked up our order, got home opened everything. The mashed potatoes were so empty, there was enough for our two girls, also the Mac and cheese was dry and burnt and also empty. Maybe 40$ is t a lot to other people but I work hard for my money. I was so disappointed with our meal!

I usually don't write a bad review but the chicken I got yesterday was bad! Super greasy, soggy to the point the breading wasn't crispy. I ate one piece and it was okay and then went to eat the other piece and it looked rotten! When I pressed my finger into it, it was all black and the bones just broke. Super weird and grossed me out. Now my stomach is off the next day. Proper food safety doesn't seem to be happening and it needs to me handled before someone goes to the hospital from food poisoning.

I spent over $14 on two drinks and two small sides. I was severely disappointed at the pricing and the quality of the food. The mashed potatoes were too hot, to the point where my tongue almost got burnt. The coleslaw was as cold as ice.

Just had a disappointing visit to the Bandera store. I ordered and use the schedule option for my pickup. I arrived 10 minutes after the scheduled time and was told to park. They would bring out the food as soon as it was ready. That was the first red flag. What was the point of ordering on-line if the store won't have the order ready? I waited 20 minutes in the parking lot and finally went to the drive through window. I asked for my money back but the clerk said he couldn't do that. They offered to give me additional sides but, I said I just wanted my order. Another 5 minutes before the order was ready. Last time I go there. Horrible service.

It was over a year I had not returned, the staff needs help. They were courteous but seemed they were new. They did try , they were very busy, long line drive thru and inside. I paid at 2:05pm. They asked me to park, it was 2:44pm , I walked inside and said still waiting. They gave me my bag, I asked, this is the one with 8pc. Girl said yes. Came home to my 89 yr old mom and there was no 8pc original chicken. All there from receipt but NO chicken. I called 3 separate times phone rang until it asks you to enter access code. Very disappointed. Especially for my mom. No I did not drive back I already spent too much time there and it started raining. So you know they will say to call or email. Nope, I am busy with other things. So this is the review, I know they are only human, but you need to double check everything. We are not returning for a long time. We will get chicken from other places. Popeyes is really good 😋. I covered employee name who rang up order on receipt., it was not their fault.

Time waiting on order was long they were busy with online orders 1st before the dine-in orders , simple orders off the kiosks partial order was cold . Not coming here again.
